The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of four of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. The palate is deep and concentrated with flavors of black cherry, dark stone fruit, dried sage and a subtle earthiness.

Our 2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon offers booming aromas of roasted coffee, nutmeg, and pepper. A powerhouse on the palate, this wine delivers abundant dark berry preserves, anise, and dried figs with ample tannin and balanced acidity. Enjoy with Wagyu hangar steak smothered in chimichurri or braised beef short ribs.

Our 2024 Rosé of Malbec is a vibrant and fresh expression of Russian River Valley fruit. A beautiful pale pink color in the glass, this wine exudes enticing aromas of grapefruit, nectarine, honeysuckle, and caramelized sugar. Flavors of lemon curd, golden delicious apple, and ripe strawberries dance on the palate. This is the perfect spring and summer sipper.

Pronounced aromas of ripe red and black cherries and rose petals. A burst of sweet red cherries, pomegranate and plum greet the palate. Hints of vanilla, cola and clove. Striking energy, smooth and refined tannins, and a long cherry finish.

The 2020 Malbec is lush and juicy. Opening with aromas of boysenberry cobbler and a nuance of confectionery vanilla bean, that lead to red and black fruit on the palate. Pops of pomegranate acidity make this wine an ideal pairing for Thanksgiving dinner.

This wine opens with leather, cedar, plum jam, molasses, and mocha on the nose. The palate is juicy upfront with warm marionberry syrup and full, velvety tannins. Notes of butterscotch linger on the long, decadent finish.

The 2020 Brut sparkling opens with aromas of golden delicious apple, pear, and brioche. On the palate, fine mousse is accompanied by a smooth richness and velvety bubbles. Flavors of apple compote, pear, hazelnut and hints of walnut linger on the finish. 

A brand new wine from Lincourt, the 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir opens with bright aromas of watermelon, red apple, and candied cherries. On the palate, notes of strawberries and crème with hints of nectarine and peach jolly rancher linger on the finish. This refreshing wine is perfect for enjoying on warm spring and summer days, as well as alongside turkey over the holidays.

The 2021 Trésor opens with aromas of black currant, lardon, anise, and hints of burnt sugar and lavender. The palate is round, with upfront flavors of Santa Rosa plum and cedar, supported by evolving texture that leads to a strong, lingering finish.

This wine is teeming with tropical aromas - guava, passion fruit, pineapple, and lime zest. The creamy palate offers flavors of grapefruit and apricot with a burst of fresh acidity carrying it through the finish.

This wine opens with enticing aromas of Meyer lemon, grapefruit, guava, and mango. The palate offers lush layers of lemon cream, peach, and papaya, elevated by notes of crisp lime zest. The cool, stainless steel tank fermentation delivers a beautiful freshness to the wine, while the subtle oak character from neutral French oak barrels adds body, complexity and depth.

The 2021 Annie Dyer Pinot Noir opens with aromas of brambled boysenberry cobbler, black pepper, chamborde liquor, and dark plum accents. On the palate, this wine shows great depth featuring plenty of dark fruit. Blackberry, boysenberry, and earthy pomegranate are complemented by hints of peppercorn and cocoa on the finish.

This Chairman Series wine is made from our best Cabernet Sauvignon block on the estate. It is a bold wine with layers of roasted spiced plum flavors and hints of cocoa, vanilla, and toasty oak on the nose. The lush tannin structure is complemented by smooth acidity that persists long after each indulgent sip. This wine pairs well with prime or short rib, roast beef, venison or pasta dishes with dark meat-based sauces.

This is a thick, plummy, and jammy red wine, meaty and tannic, with a heft and breadth across the palate. Leather, blueberry, and a touch of game fill the glass with intensity and lasting power.

The fruit for this wine comes from our best block of Sauvignon Blanc on the estate. The musqué clone makes this a highly aromatic wine, with tropical guava, peach, and nectarine notes. The palate is bright, with lively acidity and flavors of confectionery pineapple meringue accented by grapefruit and citrus on the finish.

Vibrant, bright and aromatic with notes of tropical fruit, green apple and citrus complemented by marzipan and honeysuckle. The wine is persistent on the palate and creamy on the finish. Hints of toast round out this beautiful, balanced wine.

Mouthwatering aromas of kiwi, lemongrass, white peach, citrus and jalapeño fill the nose. The palate is bright and refreshing with notes of pink grapefruit and lime. A long creamy finish makes this wine an excellent pairing for raw oysters, goat cheese, or octopus salad.

The 2021 Carol Ann Chardonnay opens with enticing aromas of toasted hazelnut and lime flower, with accents of citrus fruit. On the palate, this wine has balanced lemon fruit notes, crisp acidity, and racy minerality, making it the perfect food-friendly Chardonnay. Carol Ann pairs beautifully with halibut crudo in citrus ponzu.

This wine has beautiful aromas of crisp green apple and guava with lively citrus zest. On the palate, this wine is bright, refreshing and mouthwatering, with bold acidity, notes of kiwi fruit, and lemon-lime citrus zest on the clean, crisp finish.

The 2022 Siena opens with aromas of raspberry, cola, caramel, mocha, and chocolate ganache. On the palate, big, juicy plum flavors are accented by baking spice and a hint of butterscotch.

A bouquet of raspberry, dark currant and rose petals leads to a silky palate with densely concentrated flavors of dark cherry, cola and dark chocolate with soft but present tannins.

Expressing the cool Carneros region, the fragrance of this pinot noir wafts with delicate notes of wild strawberries, dried rose and sage, followed by savory smoked meat and black tea. On the palate, the wine is round and open-knit, with mouth-filling flavors of red currant and cherry overlaying a core of dark fruit woven with a subtlety of sandalwood and earthy minerality. The wine entices with terroir-driven complexity, silky texture and glossy finish.

PreVail Back Forty entices with a delicious array of intense aromas and flavors including toffee, currants, leather, hints of nutmeg spice, caramel, vanilla, ripe plum, and toasty oak notes. This full-bodied wine has a long, rich finish and smooth, yet structured tannins. 

The 2022 Heritage Red has a strong Cabernet Sauvignon base, with Petit Verdot, Malbec, and a small amount of other reds artfully selected for the  final blend. This wine offers seductive aromas of milk chocolate, dried cherries,  leather and tobacco. The palate is well-balanced with concentrated flavors  of pomegranate, raspberry, vanilla bean, and cinnamon. Silky tannins create  an elegant mouthfeel and long-lasting finish. Enjoy with a black & blue  cheeseburger or beer-braised bratwursts.

Our 2022 Reserve Russian River Valley Chardonnay is rich and expressive. Upon opening, mouthwatering aromas of white peach, butterscotch, and waffle cone are present. The palate is rich and round with bright fruit flavors, caramel notes, and hints of oak lingering on the finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with vivid aromas of boysenberry and blackberry jam. The appealing fruit aromas are enhanced with brown spice notes of clove and nutmeg. The nose leads to a plush, well-structured wine with a bright fruit core and warm vanilla spice. The rich and flavorful palate has smooth tannins and a lingering finish.

This cabernet franc has beautiful aromatics of ripe mountain blueberries and fun floral undertones with light hints of graphite that lead to flavors of wild blueberries, dark toffee, chocolate covered raspberry and light roasted coffee. A juicy, berry driven wine with big, chewy tannins, lovely florality and a nice dry finish.

This wine marries sweet nuances of toasted graham and caramel with white flower, and fresh pineapple. The palate is beautifully balanced, the oak and acid providing structure for lemon citrus fruit and confectionery notes of vanilla wafer and honeycomb. A racy minerality lingers through the finish.

Upon opening, aromas of sweet potpourri, mint, fresh strawberries and espresso entice the senses. Medium-bodied on the palate, our 2018 Alexander Valley Merlot offers lush flavors of rhubarb, ripe raspberry, and vanilla spice. Notes of decadent toffee linger on the smooth finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon has a reputation for its layers of dark, rich flavors and our 2021 is an excellent representation of that. This wine opens with aromas of leather, fig, plum jam, vanilla bean, mocha and notes of white pepper. The palate is full-bodied with abundant dried black cherry flavors and toasty brown spices on the long, elegant finish.

The 2021 Felta Chardonnay is defined by its bright acidity and mineral finish. This wine displays desirable layers of lemon, nectarine peach and vanilla flavors, enticing sip after sip.

Our 2019 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel is a bold and hearty wine. Aromas of dried rose petals, crushed raspberries and briary fruit are present among opening. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy flavors of fresh raspberries and strawberry marmalade and notes of sweet spices. A hint of toasty oak lingers on the finish.

Our 2019 Malbec is a striking and nearly opaque deep berry color. Aromas of berries, pomegranate, cocoa and tobacco carry onto the medium bodied palate. Additional notes of plump dark fruits, mocha and leather linger on the finish.
