The wine is medium-bodied with balanced French oak and bold acidity, reminiscent of raspberry sorbet with hints of black pepper on the finish. This wine truly showcases the elegance of clonal expression from the Dijon clone 115.

The 2021 Zoula Nunn Chardonnay is a rich, opulent wine. Aromas of caramelized sugar, and crème brûlée with nuance of clover honey flowers lead to a full, round mouthfeel. On the palate, the wine is lush with confectionery viscosity, toasted vanilla bean, caramel, and honey comb. This is a rich style chardonnay that pairs beautifully with aged cheeses or savory coq au vin.

Our 2021 Windborn Pinot Noir is deep and dark with shades of mahogany and garnet. On the nose, black cherry, cedar and earthy aromas are complemented by hints of black olive and baking spices. The palate delivers a dense yet velvety texture with lush layers of plum and dark cherries finishing with firm, mouth-coating tannins. This wine will age beautifully for several years to come, but can be enjoyed now after decanting.

The pinot noir for this rosé was handpicked and whole cluster pressed to preserve the delicate aromatics and light pink color. The contribution from the neutral French oak adds weight and length to the palate and also allows contact with the lees for a creamy texture. Aromas of fresh wild strawberry and stone fruits set the tone for this delightful rosé. The palate shows bright notes of grapefruit and strawberry that lead into a soft minerality. A lively acidity accents the ripe fruit flavors and carries the wine into a crisp finish.

The 2019 Cinq Cépages opens with aromas of sweet dark cherry and raspberry jam on layers of mocha, clove, and sweet vanilla. Each offering of this unique reserve blend shows a distinct personality, influenced by the selection of varietals, growing region and vintage. The 2018 is bursting with opulence. Aromas of black cherry, roasted meat, hints of black olive and violet lead to a rich, juicy palate and decadent cocoa finish.

Our 2018 Estate Red opens with bold and intense aromas of black cherry, anise, tobacco leaf, leather and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and savory with layers of vanilla, spice, dark fruit and black tea. Dense and supple, the tannins are rounded by a balanced acidity and a long and smooth finish. Though appealing in its youth, this wine will also age beautifully over the next 15 years.

This Chairman Series wine is made from our best Cabernet Sauvignon block on the estate. It is a bold wine with layers of roasted spiced plum flavors and hints of cocoa, vanilla, and toasty oak on the nose. The lush tannin structure is complemented by smooth acidity that persists long after each indulgent sip. This wine pairs well with prime or short rib, roast beef, venison or pasta dishes with dark meat-based sauces.
