This beautiful wine opens with dark and rich aromatics of coffee bean, smooth caramel and dark chocolate covered toffee. On the palate, velvety tannins mingle with hints of roasted almonds and chocolate cherries making this a well-integrated wine that finishes with hints of tobacco and leather.

The Franc 2023 is bold from the first swirl of the glass. Aromas of cassis, pink peppercorn, cherry, raspberry, and a hint of violet fill the nose. On the palate, broad tannins support layers of black cherry, plum, pepper, and mocha flavors. This is an excellent wine to serve with steak, duck, or a grilled burger.

The Chard 2023 is full and balanced. Peach, pear, toasty oak, caramel and lemon fill the air. On the palate, smooth vanilla and lemon curd flow generously through the lengthy finish.

Our 2023 “The” Cab is bright crimson color, with sage and currants in the nose. Medium bodied, it features youthful red fruits such as cherry and pomegranate in the mouth which are accented by sweet spice notes that are unveiled in the finish. This is a very versatile and food friendly Cabernet.

This wine opens with a lovely rose petal color in the glass with jasmine, bubblegum and zingy candied fruit on the nose. Flavors of white peach, Meyer lemon and strawberry dance across the smooth palate, leading to a bright finish with lingering minerality that can be paired with light pastas and roasted spring vegetables.

The 2022 Reserve Cabernet Franc opens with an enticing bouquet of violet, blueberry, and cherry. The palate is medium-bodied with red currant and dried herb characters leading to a long, clean finish. This wine pairs well with grilled Italian sausages.

Our 2022 THE Zin opens with aromas of dark red fruit, boysenberry and baking spice with a velvety mouthfeel and balanced acidity. On the palate flavors of pomegranate, black cherry and roasted mushroom mingle into a lingering finish.

On the nose, juicy aromas of blackberry, leather and red fruit leap from the glass. Flavors of cassis, blackberry, dried cherry, and dark ripe plums appear with notes of black licorice and a hint of fresh roasted coffee bean on the palate. Strong tannins extend into a silky-smooth long finish, highlighting this full-bodied wine. Enjoy with short rib pappardelle, Wagyu beef carpaccio and grilled pork chop with polenta.

Red ruby in the glass, our 2021 Merlot showcases red and blue fruits, composed of dried cherries, ripe strawberry, red raspberry jam, and plum. A very pleasant complexity on the palate with baking spice, leather, and earthy notes of arugula. With a good balance of fruit, body, and tannin, this wine is perfect for porchetta, aged Manchego cheese, and baked truffle pastas.

Super Tuscans are known for their beautiful depth of character and this wine is a superb representation of that. The bouquet offers boysenberry, Santa Rosa plum, leather and gently woven notes of lavender. The palate is balanced, showcasing strawberry amid dark fruit characters and fig. The finish is long and satisfying.

This Italian-inspired blend opens with a well-integrated nose of fresh raspberries and cherries jubilee followed by notes of cedar and tarragon. The touch of Malbec adds a bit of depth on the palate showcasing flavors of blackberry, complimented by the addition of cranberry and fig notes from the Sangiovese.
