Riesling is known for it’s highly aromatic nature. Our 2022 is beautifully representative of that reputation, offering honeysuckle flowers and St. Germain. The mouthwatering palate is light-bodied and nuanced, exuding flavors of guava, citrus, and stone-fruit. This wine is an excellent pairing for Asian cuisine, especially Tom Yum Goong, or yellow curry.

The 2023 RICKSHAW Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and layered. Aromas of black cherry, plum, and mocha lead to a harmonious blend of black currant and cherry with notes of black pepper and caramel on the finish. This wine will drink well for the next 4-6 years.

The 2023 Acrobat Pinot Noir is an instant classic. Textbook cool-climate Pinot characteristics of bing cherry, raspberry, plum, and damp earth aromas are met with touches of cinnamon and mocha. The juicy palate displays red fruit and fine-grained tannins with a pop of acidity adding balance and freshness. Pair with veggie pizza, hummus and pita, or stuffed mushrooms.

Its time in wood adds depth and intensity. On the palate, it is juicy, well-bodied, with medium concentration and velvety, long tannins. This wine expresses our interpretation of Mendoza Malbec.
