This Chairman Series wine is made from our best Cabernet Sauvignon block on the estate. Our 2021 Dundee Hills Reserve Pinot Noir displays a dark ruby color. Nuanced aromas of dark cherries, spice and mulberry set the tone. Juicy black cherry coats the palate with notes of vanilla and spice highlighted in the background. The use of new French oak barrels in this wine supports the fruit and adds a touch of baking spice aroma where the contribution of older French oak barrels allows the tannins to develop gracefully over time. The finish is silky and long, which is a characteristic of Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.

Petit Verdot has a reputation for its deep color and concentrated flavors and this wine is a testament to the varietal. Aromas of ripe black plum with hints of pencil shavings and pepper lead to a silky palate with bold tannin, dark fruit, and accents of cocoa and smoky tobacco leaves. This is the perfect wine to enjoy with smoked meats or cheese, aged Gruyere, or a fine cigar.

Grapes for this wine come from Knights Valley rocky and alluvial soils where a warm and extended growing season produces exceptional, bold cabernet sauvignon fruit. Blackberry and blueberry aromas with bark and dried shitake mushroom, following through to a full body with round, juicy tannins that are soft and ripe. A worthy illustration of all that Knights Valley has to offer.
