What are my current benefits?

In addition to club shipments, Wine Club members are guaranteed discounts on all home wine purchases both online and in the hospitality centers, invitations to special events, priority access to limited production wines, complimentary tastings and certain reciprocal benefits at our partner properties.

What happens if I have points from the previous loyalty program?

Your current points accrual and usage terms will continue through December 31, 2024. You will be able to redeem your current points for tasting experiences, merchandise, events, exclusive member destination weekends and trips and up to 50% off of wine purchases online or at our hospitality centers.

From January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025, you will be able to redeem your current points for tasting experiences, merchandise, events, and exclusive member destination weekends and trips – just not wine purchases.

Will I still earn points with the new program?

No, all points accrual will end on December 31, 2024.

Why can’t I use my points anymore?

We received your feedback from our customer satisfaction surveys, and we heard you! Our goal is to continue to improve your benefits. As customer preferences are changing, we are updating our systems to create a compelling loyalty program that truly rewards members for tenure and loyalty with exclusive benefits that only Foley can offer. This program will replace the existing points-based system.
