This deep, velvety wine made from Black Muscat and Muscat Canelli grapes has concentrated aromas of fragrant sweet rose, fresh wild blackberries and Bing cherries with hints of warm spice. On the palate, it bursts with intense, luscious blueberry flavors and toasted pie crust.

The 2025 Dundee Hills growing season was warm, dry, and marked by an early bloom followed by a late‑summer heat wave that briefly hit 100°F. These conditions accelerated ripening in late August and led to one of the earliest harvests on records.  Despite the heat, the fruit retained bright natural acidity and a balanced structure. 2025 also marked the 20th anniversary of the Dundee Hills AVA.

Our 2020 Blanc de Noirs is crisp and clean with bright citrus, Melipona honey, and floral notes coupled with subtle croissant and fine mousse characters. Pair with arugula salad with goat cheese, almonds, and Champagne vinaigrette or seared scallops with beurre blanc.

Our 2023 Rosé is light pink in the glass with delicate notes of fresh strawberry, rhubarb, rose petal and peach aromas. The palate is laced with juicy watermelon notes, apricot, and notes of fresh cut grass. The finish is long and refreshingly crisp. The gentle hue of this Rosé was achieved by allowing Pinot Noir grapes to remain in contact with the juice ever so briefly—just long enough to garner a delicate blush, and classic Pinot Noir structure and character.

This 2026 Dry Sangiovese Rosé is a vibrant expression of the region’s Mediterranean climate, showcasing a sophisticated bouquet of strawberry, honeydew melon, and white peach layered with rhubarb and delicate peach blossom. On the palate, this crisp and balanced wine bursts with juicy notes of peach and strawberry, underpinned by a subtle minerality. Its bright profile is defined by a refreshing acidity that carries the fruit through to a clean, elegant finish, making it a versatile choice, perfect for alfresco dining.

The 2020 Brut sparkling opens with aromas of toasted brioche, hazelnut, and lemon curd. On the palate, crisp mineral acidity and notes of lemon fruit lead to delicious toasted almond meringue flavors on the finish.

Our 2024 Dundee Hills Reserve Rosé of Pinot Noir is the perfect spring or summertime wine. Aromas of wild strawberry, guava, linalool, and citrus zest lead to a beautifully balanced palate. Fresh and poised, this wine delivers bright acidity harmoniously integrated in the plush mouthfeel. This wine is an excellent apéritif, or served with summer salads, mild cheeses, and charcuterie.

The beautiful pink color of the wine coupled with candied strawberry and jolly rancher aromas immediately create intrigue. The palate is bright, with tart rhubarb, hints of stone-fruit, and strawberries and cream. The 2023 Rosé of Grenache opens with a bouquet of candied strawberry rhubarb and tart red cherry. The Chalone 2024 Rosé of Grenache greets the senses with vibrant aromas of ripe raspberry and bright cherry, softened by a delicate touch of vanilla cream. The palate begins with an immediate flood of juicy fruit, offering a brief, delightful moment of richness that gives the wine a satisfying weight. It all culminates in a seamless finish, making for an effortless and refreshing experience from the first sip to the last.

The 2019 Winemaker Series Brut Sparkling is a beautiful representation of our Russian River Valley vineyards. This sparkling opens with aromas of tarte tatin, biscuit, and meringue. On the palate, there are intricate flavors of candied lemon peel, marmalade, hints of honey, and crushed oyster shells. Fine bubbles and flow from the start through the creamy finish.

The 2023 Acrobat Rosé is fresh and inviting. Pale pink in color, this Rosé exudes aromas and flavors of wild strawberry, guava, and grapefruit. The palate is medium-bodied, finishing with crisp acidity.

The grapes used in our 2024 Rosé were gently pressed with limited skin contact. This reduces the color and tannin impact on the wine, keeping it fresh and allowing for a pretty pale pink salmon hue. We fermented this Rosé with controlled temperatures and an aromatically focused yeast, which accentuates the bouquet. Our 2024 Rosé is vibrant, fresh, and perfect for warm-weather entertaining. Fragrant aromas of ripe ruby red grapefruit, creamy strawberry, and orange blossom emerge at the first pour. Flavors of juicy melon and grapefruit dance on the palate, finishing clean and zesty with crisp acidity.

A decadent night cap. “Angelica” is a historic and rare style of wine produced with little or no fermentation; it is made by the addition of brandy to grape must. Elevate your sipping experience with this exceptional dessert wine. Brimming with notes of toffee and caramel it's beautiful when savored as an end of night treat but equally delicious a la mode or atop roasted peaches.

On the palate, it delivers “summer in a glass,” bursting with vibrant notes of ripe watermelon, candied cherry, and crisp red apple.
