The 2021 Rosato is a Saignée style Rosé, resulting in a darker pink color. The nose exudes aromas of sweet cherry, strawberry candy, apricot, and rose petal. Our 2021 Grüner Veltliner shines throughout with complex minerality and notes of kiwi fruit and white peach. Aromatics of bright lemon-lime zest fill the glass. This wine is light and refreshing, making it a perfect complement for herbaceous meals, such as English pea shoot or yellow beet salad.

Classic Moscato aromas of honeysuckle, lychee and mandarin orange lead to ripe peach, pear, honey and mango flavors on the palate. This wine demonstrates the ideal balance between sweetness and acidity we strive to achieve with this varietal.

Our 2021 Courtney’s Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay has mouthwatering aromas of confectionery lemon curd and toasted brioche. The palate is bold and complex with plenty of richness from its time in oak. Hints of toasted graham, candied pineapple, lemon zest, and rich notes of caramelized sugar carry this wine through the finish. We recommend allowing the wine to evolve in the glass for a few moments and pairing it with a rich dish, such as chicken marsala.

Aromas of perfumed white florals, white peach, and green apple carry over to the palate with the addition of juicy white nectarine, tangerine, and fresh ginger. Balanced and round with great energy and minerality, a hint of salinity, and a long citrusy finish.

The 2020 Zoula Nunn Chardonnay is a rich, opulent wine. Aromas of brioche, toasted almond and crème brûlée lead to a full, round mouthfeel and flavors of candied lemon, toasted marshmallow and hints of toasted coconut accents on the finish. This wine pairs beautifully with crab, chicken Alfredo or braised pork loin.

Aromatics of fresh lemon curd with toasted meringue and pops of fresh citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with accents of brined minerality and candied tangerine and has a finish of nectarine and powdered peach pastilles.

Our 2021 Wright Creek Chardonnay presents rich aromas and flavors of baked pear, apple, and Meyer lemon. A full, and luxurious texture fills the palate with a creamy structure leading to a mineral finish.

Emelia’s Cuvée Chardonnay is the perfect blend of nectarine, quince, pear, apricot and spices. Notes of graham cracker, toffee and lemon cream round out this mouthwatering Chardonnay.

The 2020 Homestead Chardonnay opens with aromas of butterscotch, bright pear, toast, caramel, and melon. The palate is rich, with layers of vanilla cream, crème brûlée, cantaloupe and cotton candy. This wine pairs beautifully with buttery seafood pasta and scallops.

The Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright and inviting nose with loads of fresh berry aromas: boysenberry, blackberry and baking spice notes. The nose leads to a plush, juicy, full mouthfeel filled with fresh berry jam and dark chocolate flavors. The wine is well-structured with a dense core of fruit and smooth tannins. The balanced acidity gives the wine a long, flavorful finish.

The 2020 Malbec is lush and juicy. Opening with aromas of boysenberry cobbler and a nuance of confectionery vanilla bean, that lead to red and black fruit on the palate. Pops of pomegranate acidity make this wine an ideal pairing for Thanksgiving dinner.

The combination of dry farming and cool microclimate shows in the intensity of ruby color, pure flavors and seamless structure of the Hallberg Pinot Noir. Our 2021 Estate Pinot Noir is silky with a balanced acidity and soft tannins. Aromas include wild strawberry, black cherry, cranberry-spice, and forest floor. Ripe cherry and pomegranate dominate the flavors, along with savory hints of mushroom, clove and baking spices.

This wine is an aromatic delight with cherry, citrus, rose and mandavilla flowers. On the palate, lively red berry characters shine with a smooth body and bright acidity. Enjoy this wine served chilled, with shrimp, lobster, clams and fresh avocado for a crowd-pleasing summertime treat.

This Chairman Series wine is made from our best Cabernet Sauvignon block on the estate. It is a bold wine with layers of roasted spiced plum flavors and hints of cocoa, vanilla, and toasty oak on the nose. The lush tannin structure is complemented by smooth acidity that persists long after each indulgent sip. This wine pairs well with prime or short rib, roast beef, venison or pasta dishes with dark meat-based sauces.

Upon swirling the glass, you’ll notice aromas of cassis, black olive, and dried oregano. On the palate, smooth tannins with well-integrated oak provide the backbone for bold flavors of black currant, dried sweet tobacco, graphite, accents of cedar, and ribbons of caramel and espresso. Decant and enjoy with steak frites.

The pinot noir for this rosé was handpicked and whole cluster pressed to preserve the delicate aromatics and light pink color. The contribution from the neutral French oak adds weight and length to the palate and also allows contact with the lees for a creamy texture. Aromas of fresh wild strawberry and stone fruits set the tone for this delightful rosé. The palate shows bright notes of grapefruit and strawberry that lead into a soft minerality. A lively acidity accents the ripe fruit flavors and carries the wine into a crisp finish.

Our 2019 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel is a bold and hearty wine. Aromas of dried rose petals, crushed raspberries and briary fruit are present among opening. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy flavors of fresh raspberries and strawberry marmalade and notes of sweet spices. A hint of toasty oak lingers on the finish.

Distinct flavors of blackberry pie, black cherry and sweet baking spices meld together in this round, plush wine with balanced acidity that carries it through a long, rich finish.

On the nose, the 2019 Handmade Malbec opens with strong aromas of violet, red plum and peppercorn. Dark flavors of plum, blackberry, tobacco and mocha dominate the palate. Lush tannins meld together with mild acidity and pleasant oak notes on the long and satisfying finish.

A well structured and full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with inviting aromas of huckleberry, cedar, black pepper and a hint of dried sage. On the palate, bold tannins are balanced with flavors of black currant and dark cherry with savory notes of tobacco and graphite. While approachable now, it will age beautifully over the next 5-10 years.

Aromatics of plum and black cherry with hints of hibiscus, toffee and allspice with leather undertones lead to an inviting, medium-bodied pinot noir. Bright flavors of juicy cherry and strawberry touched with spice and vanilla lead into a full, toasty finish with silky, smooth tannins. This wine has plenty of personality and would love to be served with a slight chill on a warm summer afternoon.

Upon opening, aromas of sweet potpourri, mint, fresh strawberries and espresso entice the senses. Medium-bodied on the palate, our 2018 Alexander Valley Merlot offers lush flavors of rhubarb, ripe raspberry, and vanilla spice. Notes of decadent toffee linger on the smooth finish.

Our 2019 Malbec is a striking and nearly opaque deep berry color. Aromas of berries, pomegranate, cocoa and tobacco carry onto the medium bodied palate. Additional notes of plump dark fruits, mocha and leather linger on the finish.

PreVail Back Forty entices with a delicious array of intense aromas and flavors including toffee, currants, leather, hints of nutmeg spice, caramel, vanilla, ripe plum, and toasty oak notes. This full-bodied wine has a long, rich finish and smooth, yet structured tannins. 

The 2022 Rosé is the quintessential summertime wine. Aromas of watermelon and cherry are accented by a hint of green strawberry. Intense flavors of watermelon and cherry flood the palate, beautifully supported by crisp acidity. Enjoy this wine chilled alongside a strawberry salad, watermelon gazpacho, or pork belly sliders.

This is a medium-bodied Merlot, displaying aromas of black cherry, cola, rubbed sage, English Toffee and vanilla. On the palate, plum galette and leather are complemented by toasty clove imparted by its time in barrel.

Our 2021 Reserve Pinot Blanc is rich and complex with aromas of fresh apricot highlighted by hints of baked pear and citrus zest. The palate continues with flavors of stone fruits, melon and soft, creamy vanilla. The bright acidity and richness of this medium-bodied wine is complemented by an integrated and seamless mouthfeel.

This 2019 Syrah displays aromas of boysenberry jam, wild game and black tea. On the palate, indulgent flavors of blackberry, plum, black cherry, and dark chocolate delight the senses.
