The 2023 Annie Dyer Pinot Noir opens with aromas of rich, dark blackberry chambord and accents of red cherry cola. On the palate, this wine is a medium-bodied, showcasing juicy boysenberry, ribbons of raspberry fruit, nuance of peppercorn spice, and a silky finish.

Our 2023 Gravel Bed Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, decadent wine from it’s dark red color to it’s full-bodied structure. On the nose, there are concentrated aromas of ripe blackberry and cassis interlaced with vanilla and subtle spice notes. The palate is elegant and fruitful - black cherry, graphite and dark chocolate swirl amid velvety tannins A touch of sweet oak is present on the long, lifted finish.

Aromas of rich, juicy Marionberry with accents of black cherry entice the senses. On the palate, this wine has a juiciness reminiscent of ripe blackberries, accents of red cherry, pomegranate fruit, and notes of spiced herb. It is balanced and smooth on the finish with notes of toasted French oak.

This 2022 Syrah exhibits an especially dark hue in the glass indicative of it’s bold profile. Aromas of violet, leather, blackberry, and well-integrated French oak spice lead to a densely layered palate. Abundant dark fruit characters and velvety tannins will age beautifully for years to come.

Each offering of this unique reserve blend shows a distinct personality, influenced by the selection of varietals, growing region and vintage. Our 2021 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Aromatics of redolent cherry and raspberry are accented by notes of allspice, mocha and Douglas fir tips. The palate draws you in with flavors of baked strawberry tart and hints of spice with fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Rich and seamless, this wine is very transparent in that it reflects all aspects of its crafting: from the climate and soil, to the vineyard and through the slow and gentle fermentation.

On the nose, our 2019 Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon opens with enticing aromas of blackstrap molasses, mint, cinnamon, blueberries and espresso. These notes carry through to the palate with additional flavors of white cherry and green plum. Bright acidity and youthful tannins give this wine ample aging potential.

Enticing purple hues in the glass give way to aromas of dark cherry, Madagascar vanilla, notes of mocha, caramel, and baking spices. This wine is dense, yet gracefully structured with balanced acidity. Abundant dark fruit and gentle brown sugar notes flow through the long finish. A worthy illustration of all the Knights Valley has to offer.

Upon opening, deep aromas of dark plum, black pepper, tobacco and clove fill the nose. The palate mirrors the aromas with additional notes of black cherry, leather and savory dried herbs. A soft mouthfeel and smooth, refined tannins linger on the lush finish.

The 2022 Abel Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dark garnet-ruby color in the glass. Aromas of spice, cedar, tobacco, and pomegranate lead to delicate, yet bold characters on the palate. Black raspberry, blackberry blossom and vanilla flavors framed by rich tannin coalesce in a smooth, lingering finish

This wine was especially unique as we worked with Proprietor Carol Ann Foley to create her “perfect” Chardonnay – a fresh, round, fruit-forward, and balanced, yet lighter style with notes of fresh red apple, honeydew melon, lemon, hints of citrus and rose petal. The crisp, bright entry is beautifully balanced with flinty minerality on the finish.

The 2022 Lancaster Estate Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a deep, inky purple color and offers an enticing nose of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark cherry, complemented by hints of cedar, tobacco, and a touch of graphite. On the palate, it delivers a rich, full-bodied profile with flavors of succulent dark fruit, cocoa, and subtle notes of espresso. The wine features well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity, culminating in a long, persistent finish with lingering hints of spice and earth. Overall, it reflects a harmonious blend of power and elegance, promising further development with age.

This wine opens with sultry aromas of dark plum and crème de cassis with a hint of lavender. The palate is plush and structured with layers of dark fruit, nicely integrated oak and rich, velvety tannins. We recommend decanting this wine, especially in its youth, to encourage these bold characters to open up and fully evolve. Pair with pork tenderloin and cherry compote, or grilled New York steak with a demi-glace for an ultra-decadent meal. Rewarding and ready for enjoyment now, the 2022 vintage is also well suited to age for 10-15 years in proper cellaring conditions.

This Chairman Series wine is made from our best Cabernet Sauvignon block on the estate. It opens with beautiful aromas of lush black currant fruit and accents of kalamata olive. On the palate, the wine has 
bold tannin that ripple into chewy, chalky notes of cedar, pomegranate, and earthy graphite. Decant this wine to showcase its layers. Serve with steak frites.

This is a thick, plummy, and jammy red wine, meaty and tannic, with a heft and breadth across the palate. Leather, blueberry, and a touch of game fill the glass with intensity and lasting power.

Each vintage of Cinq Cepages is unique and is the result of the terrain, the growing season, and the individual vineyards selected for the blend. The 2021 is quite opulent, opening with lush dark fruit aromas accented by cassis, vanilla, and spice. The palate is plush, offering dark berry flavors coupled with toasted oak and smooth, velvety tannins. The elegant structure of this full-bodied wine lends itself to a variety of hearty, meat-based dishes and is expected to age beautifully for 10-15 years with proper cellaring.

This cranberry red wine opens with herbaceous notes of mint, eucalyptus and lush red fruit aromas. Medium in body with a medium finish, it develops further on the palate with additional notes of sweet tobacco and spicy raspberry. Enjoy with Brussels sprout salad and glazed bacon, broiled sea bass, or traditional pork tamales in mole sauce.

SOLO is an elegant and refined Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas and flavors of red cherry, pomegranate, pie crust, and vanilla are supported by ample tannins and bright acidity. This is an age worthy wine capable of elevating any special occasion or meal and will continue to evolve for years to come.

Founder’s Block is known for producing wines of exceptional character. The 2022 is a delight for the senses with enticing aromas of nectarine, baking spice, ginger, and white flower. The richness of this wine is beautifully balanced with subtle minerality and bright acidity supporting layers of stone fruit and baked apple flavors. Serve lightly chilled with smoked salmon with lemon aioli and toasted brioche, fresh peach salad with baby greens, goat cheese and pistachios, or a garden pizza with basil pesto.

Our 2022 Windborn Pinot Noir is deep and dark with shades of mahogany and garnet. On the nose, there are complex aromas of black cherry, coriander, and plum that are complemented by hints of black olive, cedar, underbrush and baking spices. The palate delivers a rich and dense midpalate with a long and persistent finish.

Our goal is to create a wine that is a balance of Old and New World in impression i.e., the fruit is deemphasized in the aroma, but the mouth is rich and flavorful without being too heavy. The 2018 vintage of Lone Acre Cabernet Sauvignon possesses a dark garnet color, with a nose showing blueberry and blackberry fruits along with exotic barrel spice. Refreshing acidity, fine-grain tannins, and layered flavors on the palate lead to a lengthy finish.

This wine is big, bold, and dense, packing abundant savory characters into the bouquet and palate. The first swirl of the glass reveals barrel spice, cigar box, leather, black cherry, and black raspberry. Rich layers of dark chocolate, mocha, and black tea coupled with soft acidity meld seamlessly, lingering long beyond the last sip.

Named for late winemaker Patrick (Pat) Foley, this wine was crafted to embody his bold character, fun-loving personality and relentless spirit. Upon opening, aromas of bright red cherry and raspberry integrate with licorice, black pepper and woody spice. The rich mouthfeel suggests plum and blackberry pie with notes of vanilla and tobacco. This wine finishes with excellent structure and is expected to evolve in bottle for the next 12 to 15 years with proper cellaring.

Our 2021 Gravel Bed Cabernet Sauvignon is a stunning representation of Sonoma County terroir. Dark fruit characters abound in this deeply layered wine. Black plum and cherry, leather and black tea leaf marry with notes of dark chocolate and sweet toasted oak. Velvety tannins carry this wine through a lengthy, satisfying finish. We recommend pairing with grilled Portobello mushroom burgers with blue cheese, or barbecue beef brisket.

The 2022 Little Patch Chardonnay is medium-bodied with a round, rich and creamy texture that is balanced by generous notes of apple pie, baked bread, pineapple, and a hint of vanilla spice. Fresh acidity carries it through the finish.

This wine opens with lifted aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, black currant, and vanilla. On the palate, crushed berries and cassis give way to layers of opulent black and red berry fruit, with accents of vanilla. This wine is well-structured with the support of velvety tannins lingering on the long, elegant finish.

This Pinot Noir opens with aromas of spiced black cherry cola, dark plum, and black pepper. On the palate, it has great concentration, bold tannin, and prominent oak tones of toasted vanilla, marzipan, and bourbon. This bold Pinot Noir will continue to evolve with proper cellaring and should be decanted in its youth. Enjoy served alongside a peppered steak for the ultimate indulgent feast.

The 2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerhouse from the first swirl of the glass. Ripe, brooding, dark fruit with graphite and pencil shaving aromas finish with toasted oak and caramel. On the palate, abundant black cherry, blackberry, blueberry, and notes of leather culminate in a robust, yet smooth and lengthy finish. This wine pairs beautifully with Korean bulgogi, lamb and beef lasagna, or flank steak with chimichurri.

Our 2021 Handmade Cabernet Franc offers aromas and flavors of autumn leaves, cherry, raspberry, vanilla, graham cracker, and a touch of white pepper. This wine is medium-bodied with great texture and a long finish. Cellared properly this wine will continue to evolve in-bottle for 8-10 years. Serve with braised beef rib with deglazed Cabernet Franc sauce and roasted carrots.

Our 2022 Sophia’s Hillside Cuvée is primarily composed of our young hillside blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit from these estate vineyard blocks meld together to create a perfectly balanced, intense wine. It has the fruit-forward youthfulness and freshness of the young Cabernet Sauvignon that is softened and balanced by the French oak aging. Upon opening, deep aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, and plum are intertwined with hints of graphite, tobacco, and a touch of violet. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet balanced, with rich flavors of dark fruit and baking spice, supported by velvety tannins and bright acidity. The oak adds layers of vanilla and toasted coconut, contributing to a long, structured finish with a touch of minerality. 

This wine is an inky, deep purple in the glass with aromas of barrel spice, tobacco, leather, and mixed dark fruit. The palate is big and rich, marrying dark chocolate, blackberry, black cherry, and a touch of sweetness. A hint of vanilla lingers on the finish.

Sourced from vineyards with well-drained soils that produce exceptionally concentrated fruit, this merlot was aged for 17 months in French and American oak, prior to blending with 11% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Dry Creek Merlot opens with aromas and flavors of dried cherry and plum, joined by black fruits and savory notes of lavender and licorice, with hints of white pepper. Well balanced with good structure and a plush mouthfeel, with evident tannins and a lingering finish.
