The 2021 Annie Dyer Pinot Noir opens with aromas of brambled boysenberry cobbler, black pepper, chamborde liquor, and dark plum accents. Our 2022 Estate Red opens with savory aromas of blueberry, blackberry, cigar box, tobacco leaf, black tea, and an underlying earthy/herbal tone. The 2021 Little Patch Chardonnay is medium-bodied with a round, rich and creamy texture that is balanced by generous notes of baked pear, peach, spice, and vanilla cream.

The 2019 Nicole’s Proprietary Red is a blend created from the best barrels of our estate’s finest vineyard blocks. The final composition consists primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine shows a beautiful juxtaposition with contrasting flavors that work well to deliver a long and lingering finish. Nicole’s should be decanted when young,and should age for 20+ years.

This sultry Merlot opens with ripe aromas of dark cherry, black currant, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, lifted black cherry and dark berry fruit flavors are accented by notes of caramel, clove, allspice, and tobacco leaf. Soft tannins round out the generous finish. This rustic pinot noir that hails from near the Mendocino coast has a flavor profile of earthy forest and mushroom with hints of ripe olive and graham cracker.
