Enticing aromatics of boysenberry jam and black cherry cola.  On the palate, this wine has moderate tannin with smooth texture with well-integrated tannin and fruit with lush notes of red and black plum, raspberries and chamboard with hints of black pepper accents on the finish.

SOLO is an elegant and refined Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas and flavors of red cherry, pomegranate, pie crust, and vanilla are supported by ample tannins and bright acidity. This is an age worthy wine capable of elevating any special occasion or meal and will continue to evolve for years to come.

Our 2021 Handmade Cabernet Franc offers aromas and flavors of autumn leaves, cherry, raspberry, vanilla, graham cracker, and a touch of white pepper. This wine is medium-bodied with great texture and a long finish. Cellared properly this wine will continue to evolve in-bottle for 8-10 years. Serve with braised beef rib with deglazed Cabernet Franc sauce and roasted carrots.

The 2022 Cherryblock Cabernet Sauvignon shows remarkable depth and complexity. Black cherries, black currant, cocoa, and graphite waft from the glass. Aromas of red fruits, tea leaf, hibiscus and caramel fill the nose upon opening our 2020 Handmade Merlot. The palate is juicy and filled with flavors of strawberry and sweet cherry with a fresh acidity. The French oak provides structure and hints of toasted spice, cigar box and vanilla. A viscous mouthfeel and smooth tannins linger on the elegant finish.

This cranberry red wine opens with herbaceous notes of mint, eucalyptus and lush red fruit aromas. Medium in body with a medium finish, it develops further on the palate with additional notes of sweet tobacco and spicy raspberry. Our 2022 Windborn Pinot Noir is deep and dark with shades of mahogany and garnet. On the nose, there are complex aromas of black cherry, coriander, and plum that are complemented by hints of black olive, cedar, underbrush and baking spices. Handmade Coombsville Cab in every sense of the word. Showcases notes of chocolate, blueberry pie, jammed red fruits, and black currant. It boasts a powerful upfront mouth feel with sweet oak barrel spices and a silky, rounded finish.

The 2022 Little Patch Chardonnay is medium-bodied with a round, rich and creamy texture that is balanced by generous notes of apple pie, baked bread, pineapple, and a hint of vanilla spice. Fresh acidity carries it through the finish.

Our 2021 Gravel Bed Cabernet Sauvignon is a stunning representation of Sonoma County terroir. Dark fruit characters abound in this deeply layered wine. Black plum and cherry, leather and black tea leaf marry with notes of dark chocolate and sweet toasted oak. Velvety tannins carry this wine through a lengthy, satisfying finish. We recommend pairing with grilled Portobello mushroom burgers with blue cheese, or barbecue beef brisket.

Our first vintage of Jory Ridge offers captivating aromas of baked cherry, marionberry, clove, and a subtle hint of pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is stunningly poised - it is rich yet nuanced, beautifully capturing the essence of our Black Walnut vineyard. This wine pairs perfectly with mushroom risotto, roasted chicken with summer vegetables, or charcuterie.

This Chairman Series wine is made from our best Cabernet Sauvignon block on the estate. It is a bold wine with layers of graphite, blueberry compote, and cassis fruit on the nose. The elegant tannin structure is complemented by abundant plum and blueberry flavors, with a complex finish consisting of espresso and black olive. This wine pairs well with prime or short rib, roast beef, venison or pasta dishes with dark meat-based sauces.

This Pinot Noir opens with aromas of spiced black cherry cola, dark plum, and black pepper. On the palate, it has great concentration, bold tannin, and prominent oak tones of toasted vanilla, marzipan, and bourbon. This bold Pinot Noir will continue to evolve with proper cellaring and should be decanted in its youth. Enjoy served alongside a peppered steak for the ultimate indulgent feast.

Our 2021 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Aromatics of redolent cherry and raspberry are accented by notes of allspice, mocha and Douglas fir tips. The palate draws you in with flavors of baked strawberry tart and hints of spice with fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Rich and seamless, this wine is very transparent in that it reflects all aspects of its crafting: from the climate and soil, to the vineyard and through the slow and gentle fermentation.

This wine is rich and intense with aromas of maple, boysenberry syrup, and graphite. On the palate, dark chocolate, blackberry, cedar and baking spices carry through the long finish.

Our 2022 Sophia’s Hillside Cuvée is primarily composed of our young hillside blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit from these estate vineyard blocks meld together to create a perfectly balanced, intense wine. It has the fruit-forward youthfulness and freshness of the young Cabernet Sauvignon that is softened and balanced by the French oak aging. Upon opening, deep aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, and plum are intertwined with hints of graphite, tobacco, and a touch of violet. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet balanced, with rich flavors of dark fruit and baking spice, supported by velvety tannins and bright acidity. The oak adds layers of vanilla and toasted coconut, contributing to a long, structured finish with a touch of minerality. 

The 2022 Reserve Magnolia Merlot opens with juicy aromas of plum, black raspberry, and caramel. The palate is round and lush with ripe black cherry coupled with sweet oak, vanilla, and baking spice. Our 2022 Ode to the Beast Cabernet Sauvignon opens with intense aromas of baking spice, molasses, milk chocolate, and cedar. The palate offers decadent flavors of plum preserves and mocha with supple tannins. Enjoy now or cellar for 5-15 years for additional complexity. 

Our 2022 Gravel Bed Cabernet Sauvignon entices the senses from the first swirl of the glass. Aromas of blueberry and boysenberry are wrapped up in ribbons of lavender. The juicy palate others marionberry, boysenberry cobbler, and savory dried herbs with supple tannins and mouthwatering acidity. This wine pairs beautifully with aged gouda, charcuterie, Italian sausage with fennel, or pasta Bolognese.

Our 2023 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and expansive. On the nose, cedar, cassis, and allspice create an intriguing medley. Leather and black plum jam flavors flow beneath hints of cocoa and warm caramel. The finish is persistent and satisfying.

The 2017 Cherryblock is a wine of great complexity, intricacy and sophistication. In the glass, the wine is deep purple with ruby highlights, and others intense, concentrated aromas of blackberry, vanilla and baking spices. Waves of rich black fruit wash over the palate, with complex layers of cedar and tobacco. The finish is framed by full soft tannins and lingering notes of herbs and spice.

The Chairman Series Lineage is a bold and distinguished red wine. On the nose, rich cassis, currant, and juicy blackberry are accented by notes of sweet tobacco. On the palate, this wine has chalky tannin and showcases earthy blue fruit with veins of graphite, olive, and pomegranate. Decant and pair with roasted lamb, wild game, or root vegetables.

Only produced in exceptional vintages, this incredible blend for our 2021 vintage was selected from the best barrels form our top Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot blocks. The 2021 introduces rich notes of cigar box, dark fruit, black cherry, black currant, leather, and tea. This blend expresses smooth, velvety tannins with rich layers of complexity. It is a deep, intense, powerfully built wine that captures the heart and soul of our stunning estate. I am proud to give this wine my name.
