Our 2021 Handmade Cabernet Franc offers aromas and flavors of autumn leaves, cherry, raspberry, vanilla, graham cracker, and a touch of white pepper. This wine is medium-bodied with great texture and a long finish. Cellared properly this wine will continue to evolve in-bottle for 8-10 years. Serve with braised beef rib with deglazed Cabernet Franc sauce and roasted carrots.

Named for late winemaker Patrick (Pat) Foley, this wine was crafted to embody his bold character, fun-loving personality and relentless spirit. This wine finishes with excellent structure and is expected to evolve in bottle for the next 12 to 15 years with proper cellaring.

Our 2022 Sophia’s Hillside Cuvée is primarily composed of our young hillside blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit from these estate vineyard blocks meld together to create a perfectly balanced, intense wine. It has the fruit-forward youthfulness and freshness of the young Cabernet Sauvignon that is softened and balanced by the French oak aging. Upon opening, deep aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, and plum are intertwined with hints of graphite, tobacco, and a touch of violet. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet balanced, with rich flavors of dark fruit and baking spice, supported by velvety tannins and bright acidity. The oak adds layers of vanilla and toasted coconut, contributing to a long, structured finish with a touch of minerality.

Our first vintage of Jory Ridge offers captivating aromas of baked cherry, marionberry, clove, and a subtle hint of pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is stunningly poised - it is rich yet nuanced, beautifully capturing the essence of our Black Walnut vineyard. This wine pairs perfectly with mushroom risotto, roasted chicken with summer vegetables, or charcuterie.
