The Eighty-Five Fifty-Five Cuvée is an exuberant expression of Sonoma County, with buoyant aromas of crushed boysenberries, black plums and blueberry preserves wafting from the glass, followed by savory hints of smoked meat, black pepper and dried herbs. Behind the wine’s stature lies a generosity of ripe, brambly, black and blue fruit, expansive in the mouth, followed by notes of chocolate, spice and earthy minerality.
