Cabernet Sauvignon has a reputation for its layers of dark, rich flavors and our 2021 is an excellent representation of that. This wine opens with aromas of leather, fig, plum jam, vanilla bean, mocha and notes of white pepper. The palate is full-bodied with abundant dried black cherry flavors and toasty brown spices on the long, elegant finish.

The 2019 vintage opens with terroir-driven aromatics of crème de cassis, black cherry, baked plum and all-spice. A textbook Sonoma County Pinot Noir, the 2023 opens with a bouquet of violet, pomegranate, bright cherry, and nuanced graphite with a touch of forest floor and bay leaf. This is an elegant, smooth-textured wine, with a burst of energetic acidity. Dark cherry flavors coat the palate and linger long after the last sip. 

Our 2021 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cherry liqueur, plum, strawberry compote and fresh leather. The palate offers cherry kirsch, strawberry preserve, and soft tannins with balanced acidity. The finish is long and elegant with notes of warm spice and carob.

This quintessential cool climate pinot noir has lush aromatics of strawberry jam and fudge covered bacon with hints of baked cookie crumbs, sassafras and mocha. Rich flavors of pomegranate, bright cherries and cola are balanced by a hint of caramelized sugar and vanilla. This big, muscular wine is bright yet full-bodied with structured tannins that is beautiful now but will only get better with time.

This wine is structured with firm but smooth tannins that lead to a satisfyingly long finish.

Our 2021 vintage is a rich and concentrated wine that is viscous and rich. Intoxicating aromas of dark fruit, black cherry, espresso with a hint of mollasses lead to big fruit flavors that fill the palate.

The 2017 Cherryblock is a wine of great complexity, intricacy and sophistication. In the glass, the wine is deep purple with ruby highlights, and others intense, concentrated aromas of blackberry, vanilla and baking spices. Waves of rich black fruit wash over the palate, with complex layers of cedar and tobacco. The finish is framed by full soft tannins and lingering notes of herbs and spice.

Elegant and focused with intense aromas and flavors of fresh raspberry, red and black cherries, dark cocoa, sambuca, and a hint of toasty vanilla. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and the signature Stags Leap District mineral notes that are well-knit with the fruit and oak, leading to a long and bright finish.

A deep, dark pinot noir with intense tannins and lush flavors that finishes with a lingering whisper.

Complex, velvety and bold, the 2016 Cherryblock delivers a great deal of intricacy and sophistication. The wine fills the glass with deep purple and ruby highlights, followed by intense, concentrated aromas of blackberry, vanilla and baking spices. Waves of rich black fruit wash over the palate, with complex layers of cedar and tobacco. The tannins from this vintage were more intense than usual due to the smaller crop size, leading us to blend in a little more Merlot than is typical. The finish is framed by full soft tannins and lingering notes of herbs and spice.

This structured yet delicate pinot noir has aromatics of exotic berries, cherry pie and vanilla custard with a hint of bramble. In the mouth, you find smooth, deep flavors of dark chocolate covered cranberry and pomegranate with a touch of rose and cigarbox on the finish. Unapologetically bold, undeniably California, and complex enough that you might even pause Netflix to talk about it. The 2021 vintage is fruity and inviting; with tasty flavors of raspberry, cherry pie, and hints of vanilla and cedar to add just enough intricacy. Full-bodied, structured, and a whole lot of texture on the palate. A long, toasted oak finish lingers with notes of red fruit and spice.

Upon opening, deep aromas of dark plum, black pepper, tobacco and clove fill the nose. The palate mirrors the aromas with additional notes of black cherry, leather and savory dried herbs. A soft mouthfeel and smooth, refined tannins linger on the lush finish.

SIENA has supple tannins and a balanced mouthfeel with lively elegance and depth.

Sweet and savory aromatics suggest fresh raspberry, thyme and a hint of meatiness. The tannin, acidity and flavors are nicely knit. Savory herbs and sweet berries are met with a clean mineral finish.
