Upon opening, dark fruit aromas of black cherry and blueberry are intertwined with notes of forest floor and vanilla spice. Deep, layered flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate, and black tea are present on the palate. Soft tannins and a hints of mocha linger on the finish.

The 2017 Cherryblock is a wine of great complexity, intricacy and sophistication. In the glass, the wine is deep purple with ruby highlights, and others intense, concentrated aromas of blackberry, vanilla and baking spices. Waves of rich black fruit wash over the palate, with complex layers of cedar and tobacco. The finish is framed by full soft tannins and lingering notes of herbs and spice.

Deep in color, it reveals a complex nose of black currant, plum, anise and violet. Refined and polished tannins provide amazing structure and depth that complement commanding flavors of dark plum, black currant, blackberry, savory leather and dark chocolate. An incredible display of the rich and concentrated flavors that come from our estate vineyards, this wine glides across the palate for a long, decadent finish. This wine should be decanted when young, and will only gain in complexity for the next 15-20 years.

Our 2023 Mordecai offers abundant ripe blackberry and plum aromas with a touch of vanilla, baking spice, and floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied, adding black cherry, herbal sage, berry medley, leather, and a hint of caramel spice to the satisfying finish.

This wine opens with delicious aromas of cocoa, plum, blueberry pie and cola, complemented by juicy flavors of pomegranate, black cherry and caramel. This naturally-balanced wine has a velvety texture and a dazzing, layered complexity with lingering notes of rose petal on the finish.

Aromas of dark cocoa, ripe raspberry, and flint/mineral notes open up to sweet ripe plum, black cherry, and an oak expression of lightly toasted brioche. Full-bodied, exuberant plum and red cherry fruit flavors without a hint of the irrational. Cocoa and a hint of anise join the fruit in an elegant balance along with the oak, acid, and tannin. Supremely focused, but generous with a long finish.

Complex, velvety and bold, the 2016 Cherryblock delivers a great deal of intricacy and sophistication. The wine fills the glass with deep purple and ruby highlights, followed by intense, concentrated aromas of blackberry, vanilla and baking spices. Waves of rich black fruit wash over the palate, with complex layers of cedar and tobacco. The tannins from this vintage were more intense than usual due to the smaller crop size, leading us to blend in a little more Merlot than is typical. The finish is framed by full soft tannins and lingering notes of herbs and spice.

Deep ruby in the glass, our 2016 Handmade Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of vanilla, tobacco, black currant and anise which leads to an exceptionally soft wine across the palate. Complex flavors of dark cherry and blackberry are complemented by hints of cocoa, graphite and savory herbs. This wine is structured with firm but smooth tannins that lead to a satisfyingly long finish.

The 2019 vintage opens with terroir-driven aromatics of crème de cassis, black cherry, baked plum and all-spice. These aromas carry through to a palate that is well structured and full-bodied, with youthful yet firm tannins. A long echoing finish provides additional notes of dark fruit, earth and toasted oak. The 2021 vintage is fruity and inviting; with tasty flavors of raspberry, cherry pie, and hints of vanilla and cedar to add just enough intricacy. Full-bodied, structured, and a whole lot of texture on the palate. A long, toasted oak finish lingers with notes of red fruit and spice.

Aromatic, elegant, and defined by great structure, texture, and balance. Well-integrated flavors of wild red berries, plum, and black cherry, with notes of florals, fresh sage, mineral, cedar, toasted vanilla, and dark cocoa. Full-bodied and lush, with the vibrant energy characteristic of Limited Cabernet Sauvignon.

High Haven opens with aromas of dried figs, rose hips, and hints of smoked mushroom cap and cocoa. This is a classic Cinq Cepages with signature notes of blackberry jam, red raspberry, milk chocolate and violet. The palate offers a rich, dark fruit density surrounded by well-structured tannins. Layers of generous black plum and fresh-picked blackberries combine with notes of black tea and mocha. This wine has beautiful oak integration anda lushness throughout that leads to a lingering finish with hints of blackberry and clove.

So delicious aromatically, so dense and insanely opaque with opulently deep violet hues matching impressively with dark blue and blackberries alongside fresh-turned earth and minerals, dark soils and tobacco leaf, fresh ground Turkish Coffee and dusty Cocoa ending with subtle notes of Vanilla and Cedar.

Siena has delicious aromas of blackberry, raspberry jam, cocoa, toasty vanilla, licorice, and nutmeg spice that lead to flavors of Bing cherry, blueberry, sweet plums, pomegranate, mocha, sweet oak notes and a hint of butterscotch. SIENA has supple tannins and a balanced mouthfeel with lively elegance and depth.

This wine is rich and intense with aromas of dried blueberry, leather, spiced dark chocolate, and vanilla. On the palate, dominant boysenberry jam flavors are accented by notes of cedar and a hint of barrel toast on the decadent finish.
