Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is a bright and refreshing wine with aromas of stonefruit, lime, and mango. The palate offers abundant citrus flavors with orange blossom, mango, hints of pineapple and pear, and a crisp mineral finish.

Our 2021 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cherry liqueur, plum, strawberry compote and fresh leather. The palate offers cherry kirsch, strawberry preserve, and soft tannins with balanced acidity. The finish is long and elegant with notes of warm spice and carob.

The 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. The palate is deep and concentrated with flavors of black cherry, dark stone fruit, dried sage and a subtle earthiness. This wine should be decanted when young, and will only gain in complexity for the next 15-20 years.

The 2023 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir showcases a beautiful ruby hue in the glass. Our inaugural Merus 2021 Chardonnay is bright, forward, balanced and approachable. Enticing aromas of toasted hazelnut, ripe pear, apple, peach, and French vanilla lead to a layered, creamy palate. Cabernet Sauvignon has a reputation for its layers of dark, rich flavors and our 2021 is an excellent representation of that. Our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is deep, purple-ruby in color with aromas of baked plum pie, dried black currant, lavender and violets with hints of cedar of anise. A juicy entry on the mouth delivers plush, fine tannins with a velvety texture.This approachable, medium-bodied cabernet has full, yet silky flavors of plum, berries, vanilla and graham cracker.. A finale of round tannins leads to a dry, smooth finish. It plays nicely with California grass fed beef burgers, balsamic lamb shank or grilled beef short ribs.

The 2022 Rancho Santa Rosa Pinot Noir embodies the essence of the cool climate St. Rita Hills. The wine opens with aromatics of dried raspberries, cherry cola, and hints of earthy pomegranate. On the palate, the same cherry cola character carries through, adding black pepper, hibiscus tea, and toasted cacao with accents of red plum jam and toasted graham. This wine showcases a natural bright acidity that is perfectly balanced with medium-impact tannin and plenty of fruit.

This wine is rich and round, opening with aromas of Meyer lemon, pear, golden apple, toasted marshmallow, and vanilla bean. The palate shows incredible depth with layers of Bartlet pear and graham cracker leading to hazelnut and baking spice on the finish.

This Crémant Rosé, made of 100% Pinot Noir, displays delicate strawberry and wild cherry fruit. In the glass, hints of pink reflections and salmon nuances are supported by elegant, fine bubbles. Delicate red fruit character on the palate is rounded with creamy texture, leading to a fresh, dry finish.

This deep, velvety wine made from Black Muscat and Muscat Canelli grapes has concentrated aromas of fragrant sweet rose, fresh wild blackberries and Bing cherries with hints of warm spice. On the palate, it bursts with intense, luscious blueberry flavors and toasted pie crust.

Intense aromas of dark cherry and stone fruits. Full-bodied with great structure and balance. Perfectly ripe cherry and plum flavors and hints of apricot and toasted oak lead to a long finish.

The 2019 Nicole’s Proprietary Red is a blend created from the best barrels of our estate’s finest vineyard blocks. The final composition consists primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine shows a beautiful juxtaposition with contrasting flavors that work well to deliver a long and lingering finish. Nicole’s should be decanted when young,and should age for 20+ years.

This Riesling opens with a generous burst of enticing scents. Tropical fruit and citrus notes combine with hints of rose, honeysuckle blossom and green tea. This wine is light-bodied, offering a bright acidity and flavors of tropical citrus with spiced rose. Our 2022 Pinot Gris has beautiful aromas of stonefruit in the glass with a hint of struck flint. The palate continues in this medium-bodied wine with fresh pear, apple and stonefruit, which leads into a vibrant lingering acidity

The 2022 Acrobat Pinot Noir delivers notes of dark cherry, raspberry, rich plum and cinnamon on the nose. Bright acidity and elegant tannins shine on the palate, leading to a juicy but delicate finish. Enjoy a glass with a classic woodfired pizza.

The 2023 Acrobat Pinot Gris is fresh and brilliant. Fruit-forward notes of pear, passion fruit, and honeydew melon intrigue the nose and carry through to the palate. Pleasant minerality and nicely balanced acidity round out a medium-bodied mouthfeel that concludes with a crisp, spirited finish.

The 2023 Steel Chardonnay opens with aromas of fresh yellow peach and ripe nectarine, with bright, crisp acidity. On the finish, the wine delivers notes candied pineapple and hints of citrus zest. This is the perfect wine to pair with a spring brunch or halibut crudo in a citrus ponzu.
