2022 Lincourt Rancho Santa Rosa Pinot Noir, Sta. Rita Hills
The 2022 Rancho Santa Rosa Pinot Noir embodies the essence of the cool climate St. Rita Hills. The wine opens with aromatics of dried raspberries, cherry cola, and hints of earthy pomegranate. On the palate, the same cherry cola character carries through, adding black pepper, hibiscus tea, and toasted cacao with accents of red plum jam and toasted graham. This wine showcases a natural bright acidity that is perfectly balanced with medium-impact tannin and plenty of fruit.

At Lincourt Vineyards, wines are made with intention—harvested by flavor, vinified in small lots, and aged in French oak barrels. Lincourt’s wines are sourced from two estate vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA—Rancho Santa Rosa and Rancho Las Hermanas. These hillside sites feature limestone-based soils, cool maritime breezes, and dramatic elevation changes, creating ideal conditions for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Each vineyard block is carefully cultivated to showcase the nuance, intensity, and elegance that define Lincourt wines.
