The 2021 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel is a bold and hearty wine. Aromas of dried rose petals, crushed raspberries and briary fruit are present among opening. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy flavors of fresh raspberries and strawberry marmalade and notes of sweet spices. A hint of toasty oak lingers on the finish.

Upon opening, aromas of dark Santa Rosa plum marry seamlessly with hints of blackberry, allspice, dark chocolate, and mocha. The palate is rich and round, finishing with bold cacao and tobacco flavors.

Crisp and refreshing, the nose displays aromas of cut grass, watermelon and citrus. The wine shows pale lemon yellow in the glass with an acid-driven profile on the palate that surrounds citrus, cut hay and slight floral notes.

Our 2022 Gravel Bed Cabernet Sauvignon entices the senses from the first swirl of the glass. Aromas of blueberry and boysenberry are wrapped up in ribbons of lavender. The juicy palate others marionberry, boysenberry cobbler, and savory dried herbs with supple tannins and mouthwatering acidity. This wine pairs beautifully with aged gouda, charcuterie, Italian sausage with fennel, or pasta Bolognese.

The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of four of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. Emelia’s Cuvée Chardonnay opens with mouthwatering aromas of baked apple, caramel popcorn, quince, fig, and nutmeg. The palate is rich and full with flavors of graham cracker, nectarine, ripe pear and notes of toffee through the finish.

The 2021 Henry Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-full bodied with a broad midpalate and sumptuous fruit profile of sweet plum, rich blackberry, and dark cherry. Gingerbread and sweet tobacco oak accents add a nice complexity.

Our 2021 Reserve Merlot offers aromas of vanilla bean, nutmeg, toasted graham cracker, and plum. The palate exhibits ample dark plum preserve characters with velvety tannins, and a decadent mouthfeel. Brown sugar notes carry through on the finish.

Our 2021 Robert’s Vineyard Pinot Noir offers black raspberry, Bing cherry, cola spice, and toasted oak on the nose. The palate expands on those characters, adding supple tannins and a structured backbone. This wine is bright and savory and will continue to evolve with proper cellaring for the next 5-10 years.

A delicate, yet fragrant bouquet of red cherry, raspberry, confectionery chambord, and hints of black pepper introduce this Pinot Noir. The palate delivers smooth, refined tannin and a lush mouthfeel, complemented by black cherry compote and red plum flavors.

Bold, concentrated and richly layered, our 2021 Alexander Valley Reserve Red Wine opens with aromas of hazelnut, cinnamon, toffee, cranberry, and plum. The palate exhibits ample black cherry fruit flavors accented by baking spice, tobacco, black tea, and cocoa. Fresh tannins carry this wine through the extensive finish. Serve with short ribs, shepherds pie, or jambalaya.

Aromas of dark cocoa, ripe raspberry, and flint/mineral notes open up to sweet ripe plum, black cherry, and an oak expression of lightly toasted brioche. Full-bodied, exuberant plum and red cherry fruit flavors without a hint of the irrational. Cocoa and a hint of anise join the fruit in an elegant balance along with the oak, acid, and tannin. This wine is fruit-forward with juicy berry medley flavors married with hints of earthy pomegranate, black cherry, and fresh black pepper with elegant tannins lingering on the finish. This wine pairs well with duck with a black cherry pan sauce or crispy pork belly.

Black raspberry, plum, and vanilla bean aromas intertwine with herbaceous notes of green tobacco, bay leaf, pine. Medium-full bodied with broad tannins. Rich, sweet plum, and fresh blackberry greet the palate with notes of cinnamon, clove, toasted graham, and sweet cedar.

The 2021 Bar Lazy S Ranch Pinot Noir opens with aromas of candied strawberry rhubarb, accents of fresh cut roses, and raspberry liqueur. On the palate, elegant ceylon tea tannin, accents of black pepper, and candied cherries meld seamlessly with flavors of confectionery cherry cola on the lengthy finish.

The 2021 Borreo Ranch Zinfandel is a medium-bodied wine with aromas and flavors of bing cherry, black raspberry, walnut, and fig. The palate leans to savory characters, with good structure and red fruit lingering on the finish.

The 2021 Lindsay’s Pinot Noir opens with aromas of bright red plum and cran-raspberry. On the palate, it is a light-bodied Pinot Noir with dominant flavors of pomegranate and hibiscus tea. Soft red peppercorn, and cherry notes linger on the finish. This wine would be a delight paired with a creamy fromage.

The 2021 Annie Dyer Pinot Noir opens with aromas of brambled boysenberry cobbler, black pepper, chamborde liquor, and dark plum accents. On the palate, this wine shows great depth featuring plenty of dark fruit. Blackberry, boysenberry, and earthy pomegranate are complemented by hints of peppercorn and cocoa on the finish.

The 2021 Willie Mae opens with aromas of confectionery raspberries and cream, cola, and delicate violet candy. On the palate, the wine is mouthwatering, with accents of hibiscus tea, cherry cola, and blackberry. The wine is medium-bodied with balanced French oak and bold acidity, reminiscent of raspberry sorbet with hints of black pepper on the finish. This wine truly showcases the elegance of clonal expression from the Dijon clone 115.

This beautiful representation of Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir opens with aromas of dried thyme, red cherry cola, and black pepper accents. Bright acidity lifts confectionery fruit flavors of dried cherry and fresh red plum, finishing with nuance of boysenberry and pure vanilla extract.
