Our 2022 Estate Red opens with savory aromas of blueberry, blackberry, cigar box, tobacco leaf, black tea, and an underlying earthy/herbal tone. The palate is dense and complex with black cherry, vanilla, and roasted coffee bean flavors laced with supple tannins. This wine will age beautifully over the next 15 years.

The 2019 Nicole’s Proprietary Red is a blend created from the best barrels of our estate’s finest vineyard blocks. The final composition consists primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine shows a beautiful juxtaposition with contrasting flavors that work well to deliver a long and lingering finish. Nicole’s should be decanted when young,and should age for 20+ years.

The 2022 Heritage Red has a strong Cabernet Sauvignon base, with Petit Verdot, Malbec, and a small amount of other reds artfully selected for the  final blend. This wine offers seductive aromas of milk chocolate, dried cherries,  leather and tobacco. The palate is well-balanced with concentrated flavors  of pomegranate, raspberry, vanilla bean, and cinnamon. Silky tannins create  an elegant mouthfeel and long-lasting finish. Enjoy with a black & blue  cheeseburger or beer-braised bratwursts.

Pale straw color. Aromas of light tropical fruit and fresh pear with lemon zest, fig, and notes of vanilla and spice. The palate is silky and refined with brown sugar and toffee notes through the finish.

This deep, velvety wine made from Black Muscat and Muscat Canelli grapes has concentrated aromas of fragrant sweet rose, fresh wild blackberries and Bing cherries with hints of warm spice. On the palate, it bursts with intense, luscious blueberry flavors and toasted pie crust.

This wine opens with leather, cedar, plum jam, molasses, and mocha on the nose. The palate is juicy upfront with warm marionberry syrup and full, velvety tannins. Notes of butterscotch linger on the long, decadent finish.

The 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. The palate is deep and concentrated with flavors of black cherry, dark stone fruit, dried sage and a subtle earthiness. This wine should be decanted when young, and will only gain in complexity for the next 15-20 years.

The 2023 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir showcases a beautiful ruby hue in the glass. Pleasant aromas of black cherry, ripe raspberry and marionberry are rounded out with delicate hints of clove, cinnamon, mocha, and dried orange peel. The palate exudes luscious red fruits with refreshing acidity and fine grained tannins. Pair with charcuterie, grilled vegetables, stuffed mushrooms, lamb, and cheese pizza.

This wine is rich and round, opening with aromas of Meyer lemon, pear, golden apple, toasted marshmallow, and vanilla bean. The palate shows incredible depth with layers of Bartlett pear and graham cracker leading to hazelnut and baking spice on the finish.

Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of white flower, passion fruit, guava, honeydew, citrus, and a slight touch of oak. The palate is beautifully balanced, offering crisp, balanced acidity, smooth texture and Meyer lemon on the finish.

Handmade Coombsville Cab in every sense of the word. Showcases notes of chocolate, blueberry pie, jammed red fruits, and black currant. It boasts a powerful upfront mouth feel with sweet oak barrel spices and a silky, rounded finish.

This elegant Chardonnay has aromas of spiced pear and exotic mandarin with hints of vanilla and fresh cream. Bold flavors of pear and white nectarine are balanced with rich layered textures, a bright acidity and complemented by a luxurious texture from 100% oak aging. The finish is creamy, long and elegant. This wine pairs perfectly with Asian pear salad, halibut and lemon beurre blanc and toast almond cake.

This wine opens with complex aromatics of black cherry, damp earth, and ripe strawberry with hints of baking spice and caramel from the sparing use of new French oak barrels. The finish is silky, long and seamless with soft tannins and rich mouthfeel, typical of Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.

Our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is deep, purple-ruby in color with aromas of baked plum pie, dried black currant, lavender and violets with hints of cedar of anise. A juicy entry on the mouth delivers plush, fine tannins with a velvety texture.This approachable, medium-bodied cabernet has full, yet silky flavors of plum, berries, vanilla and graham cracker. A finale of round tannins leads to a dry, smooth finish. It plays nicely with California grass fed beef burgers, balsamic lamb shank or grilled beef short ribs.

By looking at its saturated purple-black color, you can tell immediately that the 2013 Merus is a powerhouse of a wine. The 2013 is a dark, meaty, fruit-saturated, syrupy mouthful, with swarming aromas of blackberry, crushed violet and beef fat. The mouth follows suit with a powerful entrance of dark fruit. Since it is bone-dry and was fermented at low temperatures, this is an absolute reflection of the strength of the vineyard, the beauty of whole berry fermentation, and the synergies that can occur between wine and wood. Typical to its Coombsville pedigree, it never feels heavy as it fills every corner of your mouth. The 100% new oak provides structure and a pleasing toastiness but doesn’t overwhelm. Decant for at least one hour in advance for maximum pleasure.

Take a deep breath and dive in. Sea Floored opens with an aromatic medley of blackberry, mulberry, and boysenberry. On the palate, the wine is rich and smooth with ribbons of red and black cherry marmalade, accented by notes of black pepper and black plum fruit. Moderate acidity and refined tannin finish with toasted French oak and Chambord.

Our 2024 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay offers a bright, lively profile. Aromas and flavors Fuji apple, lemon curd, honeydew melon, toasty oak, and baking spices are complemented by flinty minerality and a touch of nutmeg.

Our 2023 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is bright, forward, balanced and approachable. Enticing aromas of apple, peach, vanilla, and spice are lifted by elegant floral characters. With its cool-climate influences, this chardonnay has remarkable varietal intensity, balanced acidity and mineral notes on the long finish.

Intense aromas of dark cherry and stone fruits. Full-bodied with great structure and balance. Perfectly ripe cherry and plum flavors and hints of apricot and toasted oak lead to a long finish.

This Crémant Rosé, made of 100% Pinot Noir, displays delicate strawberry and wild cherry fruit. In the glass, hints of pink reflections and salmon nuances are supported by elegant, fine bubbles. Delicate red fruit character on the palate is rounded with creamy texture, leading to a fresh, dry finish.

Our 2021 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cherry liqueur, plum, strawberry compote and fresh leather. The palate offers cherry kirsch, strawberry preserve, and soft tannins with balanced acidity. The finish is long and elegant with notes of warm spice and carob.

The 2023 Acrobat Pinot Noir is an instant classic. Textbook cool-climate Pinot characteristics of bing cherry, raspberry, plum, and damp earth aromas are met with touches of cinnamon and mocha. The juicy palate displays red fruit and fine-grained tannins with a pop of acidity adding balance and freshness. Pair with veggie pizza, hummus and pita, or stuffed mushrooms.

Our Grove Mill Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is bright pale straw in colour with a light green hue. A bouquet of intense and lifted tropical fruits and a very juicy and vibrant palate makes for a punchy and contemporary style of Wairau Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy with fresh seafood, creamy pasta dishes and summer barbeques.

The 2015 Merus is a singularly delicious bottle of wine. Deep dark fruit aromas lure you into the glass. There's a hint of something akin to dark chocolate and cocoa before it opens up to reveal classic black currant and berry syrup aromas. The tannin, acid, and alcohol are in such balance that wine feels sweet, though it is bone dry. A hint of vanilla imparted by the French oak aging lingers on the finish. Decant for one hour to bring forth maximum aromatics and complexity.
