Our 2023 Estate Chardonnay offers a beautiful bouquet of apple pie, baked bread, pear, peach, honeysuckle, flint, and vanilla. The palate displays excellent weight and creamy smooth texture with crème brûlée, pineapple, baked tart, and nutmeg carrying it through the finish.

The 2023 Siena opens with dried cranberry, figs, allspice, cream soda, and a hint of bacon. The medium-bodied palate is underlined by bold, juicy plum flavors, strawberry and toasted hazelnut.

The 2024 Fumé Blanc is crisp and full of bright fruit characters. Aromas of guava, apricot, and lychee lead to fresh pineapple, mango, peach, and lemon cream on the palate. This wine is light and refreshing - perfect for spring and summer dining al fresco.

Our 2022 Estate Red opens with savory aromas of blueberry, blackberry, cigar box, tobacco leaf, black tea, and an underlying earthy/herbal tone. The palate is dense and complex with black cherry, vanilla, and roasted coffee bean flavors laced with supple tannins. This wine will age beautifully over the next 15 years.

The 2022 Cherryblock Cabernet Sauvignon shows remarkable depth and complexity. Black cherries, black currant, cocoa, and graphite waft from the glass. Generous blackberry and black cherry flavors dominate the palate, with notes of dark chocolate and subtle spice. This wine is layered and nuanced with balanced acidity and fine-grained tannins.

Each vintage of Cinq Cepages is unique and is the result of the terrain, the growing season, and the individual vineyards selected for the blend. The 2021 is quite opulent, opening with lush dark fruit aromas accented by cassis, vanilla, and spice. The palate is plush, offering dark berry flavors coupled with toasted oak and smooth, velvety tannins. The elegant structure of this full-bodied wine lends itself to a variety of hearty, meat-based dishes and is expected to age beautifully for 10-15 years with proper cellaring.

The 2017 Cherryblock is a wine of great complexity, intricacy and sophistication. In the glass, the wine is deep purple with ruby highlights, and others intense, concentrated aromas of blackberry, vanilla and baking spices. Waves of rich black fruit wash over the palate, with complex layers of cedar and tobacco. The finish is framed by full soft tannins and lingering notes of herbs and spice.

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc offers a bright, tropical profile on the nose and palate. Mango, papaya, and grapefruit are complemented by a slight minerality and fresh acidity that carries through the finish. This is an ideal wine for warm days on the patio, with or without food.

Our 2024 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir opens with a beautiful bouquet of huckleberry, dried cherry, orange peel, clove, cedar, and mocha. On the palate, fine tannin provides support to flavors of pomegranate and tart strawberry. Persistent balanced acidity carries the wine through the finish. Serve with pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, or roasted chicken.

This deep, velvety wine made from Black Muscat and Muscat Canelli grapes has concentrated aromas of fragrant sweet rose, fresh wild blackberries and Bing cherries with hints of warm spice. On the palate, it bursts with intense, luscious blueberry flavors and toasted pie crust.

Only produced in exceptional vintages, this incredible blend for our 2021 vintage was selected from the best barrels form our top Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot blocks. Our 2023 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and expansive. On the nose, cedar, cassis, and allspice create an intriguing medley. Leather and black plum jam flavors flow beneath hints of cocoa and warm caramel. The finish is persistent and satisfying.

The Chairman Series Lineage is a bold and distinguished red wine. On the nose, rich cassis, currant, and juicy blackberry are accented by notes of sweet tobacco. On the palate, this wine has chalky tannin and showcases earthy blue fruit with veins of graphite, olive, and pomegranate. Decant and pair with roasted lamb, wild game, or root vegetables.

Named for late winemaker Patrick (Pat) Foley, this wine was crafted to embody his bold character, fun-loving personality and relentless spirit. Upon opening, aromas of bright red cherry and raspberry integrate with licorice, black pepper and woody spice. The rich mouthfeel suggests plum and blackberry pie with notes of vanilla and tobacco. This wine finishes with excellent structure and is expected to evolve in bottle for the next 12 to 15 years with proper cellaring.

The 2022 Lancaster Estate Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a deep, inky purple color and offers an enticing nose of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark cherry, complemented by hints of cedar, tobacco, and a touch of graphite. This is a well-structured wine, beautifully displaying the quality of our Rutherford Estate terroir. While approachable now, this wine will age beautifully and gain complexity over the next 10-20 years.

The 2021 Nicole’s Proprietary Red is a blend created from the best barrels of our estate’s finest vineyard blocks. The final composition consists primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot. The bouquet is powerful yet refined with floral notes, tobacco, and black pepper. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry, and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine shows a beautiful juxtaposition with contrasting flavors that work well to deliver a long and lingering finish. Nicole’s should be decanted when young and should age for 20+ years.
