The 2022 Heritage Red has a strong Cabernet Sauvignon base, with Petit Verdot, Malbec, and a small amount of other reds artfully selected for the  final blend. The palate is well-balanced with concentrated flavors  of pomegranate, raspberry, vanilla bean, and cinnamon. Silky tannins create  an elegant mouthfeel and long-lasting finish. The 2019 Nicole’s Proprietary Red is a blend created from the best barrels of our estate’s finest vineyard blocks. The final composition consists primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine shows a beautiful juxtaposition with contrasting flavors that work well to deliver a long and lingering finish. Nicole’s should be decanted when young,and should age for 20+ years.

This elegant Chardonnay has aromas of spiced pear and exotic mandarin with hints of vanilla and fresh cream. Bold flavors of pear and white nectarine are balanced with rich layered textures, a bright acidity and complemented by a luxurious texture from 100% oak aging. The finish is creamy, long and elegant. This wine pairs perfectly with Asian pear salad, halibut and lemon beurre blanc and toast almond cake.

This deep, velvety wine made from Black Muscat and Muscat Canelli grapes has concentrated aromas of fragrant sweet rose, fresh wild blackberries and Bing cherries with hints of warm spice. On the palate, it bursts with intense, luscious blueberry flavors and toasted pie crust.

The 2023 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir showcases a beautiful ruby hue in the glass. Our 2022 Pinot Gris has beautiful aromas of stonefruit in the glass with a hint of struck flint. The palate continues in this medium-bodied wine with fresh pear, apple and stonefruit, which leads into a vibrant lingering acidity

The 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. The palate is deep and concentrated with flavors of black cherry, dark stone fruit, dried sage and a subtle earthiness. This wine should be decanted when young, and will only gain in complexity for the next 15-20 years.

Our 2023 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is bright, forward, balanced and approachable. Enticing aromas of apple, peach, vanilla, and spice are lifted by elegant floral characters. With its cool-climate influences, this chardonnay has remarkable varietal intensity, balanced acidity and mineral notes on the long finish.

The 2022 Rancho Santa Rosa Pinot Noir embodies the essence of the cool climate St. Rita Hills. The wine opens with aromatics of dried raspberries, cherry cola, and hints of earthy pomegranate. On the palate, the same cherry cola character carries through, adding black pepper, hibiscus tea, and toasted cacao with accents of red plum jam and toasted graham. This wine showcases a natural bright acidity that is perfectly balanced with medium-impact tannin and plenty of fruit.

Our Knight’s Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas or rich plum, cassis, dark toffee, nutmeg and cedar. Bold, full and round, the palate bursts with black cherry cobbler, cocoa nibs, fresh leather with a hint of anise. This wine is refined and age-worthy.

The 2018 Cinq Cépages opens with inviting aromas of cassis, blackberry jam, a touch of dried currants, leather, and soft nutmeg and cardamom spice notes. The palate offers more dark fruits with rich, ripe, jammy fruit, black cherries, plums and cassis and notes of vanilla and maple spice. The wine is well-structured with silky tannins leading to a satisfying finish. Rewarding and ready for enjoyment now, the 2018 vintage will also evolve over time with proper cellaring.

Our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is deep, purple-ruby in color with aromas of baked plum pie, dried black currant, lavender and violets with hints of cedar of anise. A juicy entry on the mouth delivers plush, fine tannins with a velvety texture.This approachable, medium-bodied cabernet has full, yet silky flavors of plum, berries, vanilla and graham cracker. A finale of round tannins leads to a dry, smooth finish. It plays nicely with California grass fed beef burgers, balsamic lamb shank or grilled beef short ribs.
