The 2021 Founder's Block reflects 100% native yeast and is unfined and unfiltered. This “hands off” approach allows the grapes and vines to shine. After 15 months in 92% new French oak, the Founder’s Block Chardonnay exhibits a creamy richness, marked by ripe pear, baked apple, and baking spices, producing rounded layers and texture.

Our 2021 Handmade Chardonnay is an exquisite representation of the varietal and growing region. Aromas of peach, honeysuckle, pineapple, citrus flower, and melon are complemented by notes of butterscotch and toasted caramel. The creamy palate delivers flavors of apricot, lemon rind, guava, and vanilla, with a long, structured finish. Our 2022 Patrick’s Vineyard Chardonnay opens with an intriguing bouquet of butterscotch, ripe apple, dried pear, and toasted oak. Pale straw color. Aromas of light tropical fruit and yellow apple with floral highlights. Medium-bodied with fresh, juicy fruit flavors of tropical citrus, pear and perfectly ripe apple. Nicely rounded edges give a light toasty softness to the moderately long, mineral-driven finish.
