Our 2022 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Each vintage of Cinq Cepages is unique and is the result of the terrain, the growing season, and the individual vineyards selected for the blend. The 2021 is quite opulent, opening with lush dark fruit aromas accented by cassis, vanilla, and spice. The palate is plush, offering dark berry flavors coupled with toasted oak and smooth, velvety tannins. The elegant structure of this full-bodied wine lends itself to a variety of hearty, meat-based dishes and is expected to age beautifully for 10-15 years with proper cellaring.

The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of four of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. The palate is deep and concentrated with flavors of black cherry, dark stone fruit, dried sage and a subtle earthiness.

Our 2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant expression of the very best of the varietal grown on our Alexander Valley estate. A light perfume of lavender flowers leads to a bold yet refined palate. Robust tannins and flavors of black currant and dark chocolate fill the mouth, concluding with a soft, lingering finish.

The 2021 Annie Dyer Pinot Noir opens with aromas of brambled boysenberry cobbler, black pepper, chamborde liquor, and dark plum accents. On the palate, this wine shows great depth featuring plenty of dark fruit. Blackberry, boysenberry, and earthy pomegranate are complemented by hints of peppercorn and cocoa on the finish.

Our 2023 Trenton Vineyard Pinot Noir is a classic representation of the cool climate and Russian River Valley terroir. Rustic aromas of earthy mushroom, dried cherry, and strawberry marry with hints of bay leaf and forest floor. The palate offers dried cherry and raspberry bramble with juicy strawberry and a touch of baking spice. Balanced acidity makes this a very approachable and food-friendly wine.

Our 2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon offers booming aromas of roasted coffee, nutmeg, and pepper. A powerhouse on the palate, this wine delivers abundant dark berry preserves, anise, and dried figs with ample tannin and balanced acidity. Our 2021 Malbec-Petit Verdot opens with powerful aromas of dark cherry and black berry fruits, cigar box, leather and vanilla. With proper cellaring this wine will continue to evolve for years to come.

The 2021 Little Patch Chardonnay is medium-bodied with a round, rich and creamy texture that is balanced by generous notes of baked pear, peach, spice, and vanilla cream.

The 2021 Felta Chardonnay is defined by its bright acidity and mineral finish. This wine displays desirable layers of lemon, nectarine peach and vanilla flavors, enticing sip after sip.

This is a thick, plummy, and jammy red wine, meaty and tannic, with a heft and breadth across the palate. Leather, blueberry, and a touch of game fill the glass with intensity and lasting power.

Our 2021 Windborn Pinot Noir is deep and dark with shades of mahogany and garnet. On the nose, black cherry, cedar and earthy aromas are complemented by hints of black olive and baking spices. The palate delivers a dense yet velvety texture with lush layers of plum and dark cherries finishing with firm, mouth-coating tannins. This wine will age beautifully for several years to come, but can be enjoyed now after decanting.

Our 2021 Handmade Cabernet Franc offers aromas and flavors of autumn leaves, cherry, raspberry, vanilla, graham cracker, and a touch of white pepper. This wine is medium-bodied with great texture and a long finish. Cellared properly this wine will continue to evolve in-bottle for 8-10 years. Serve with braised beef rib with deglazed Cabernet Franc sauce and roasted carrots.

This Pinot Noir opens with aromas of spiced black cherry cola, dark plum, and black pepper. On the palate, it has great concentration, bold tannin, and prominent oak tones of toasted vanilla, marzipan, and bourbon. This bold Pinot Noir will continue to evolve with proper cellaring and should be decanted in its youth. Enjoy served alongside a peppered steak for the ultimate indulgent feast.

Our 2021 Gravel Bed Cabernet Sauvignon is a stunning representation of Sonoma County terroir. Dark fruit characters abound in this deeply layered wine. Black plum and cherry, leather and black tea leaf marry with notes of dark chocolate and sweet toasted oak. Velvety tannins carry this wine through a lengthy, satisfying finish. We recommend pairing with grilled Portobello mushroom burgers with blue cheese, or barbecue beef brisket.

This wine is especially unique as we worked with Proprietor Carol Ann Foley to create her “perfect” Chardonnay – a fresh, round, fruit-forward, and balanced, yet lighter style with notes of Fuji apple, stone fruit, citrus zest and a slight mineralty. It finishes long with a beautifully balanced acidity.

Enticing purple hues in the glass give way to aromas of dark cherry, Madagascar vanilla, notes of mocha, caramel, and baking spices. This wine is dense, yet gracefully structured with balanced acidity. Abundant dark fruit and gentle brown sugar notes flow through the long finish. A worthy illustration of all the Knights Valley has to offer.

This 2021 Syrah displays aromas of clove, violet, leather, spice, blackberry, boysenberry, and forest floor. On the palate, indulgent flavors of licorice, pepper, dragon fruit, and tobacco leaf delight the senses. This wine is bold, offering a beautiful inky color and dense layers of rich characters melding seamlessly with velvety tannins.

The 2019 Nicole’s Proprietary Red is a blend created from the best barrels of our estate’s finest vineyard blocks. The final composition consists primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine shows a beautiful juxtaposition with contrasting flavors that work well to deliver a long and lingering finish. Nicole’s should be decanted when young,and should age for 20+ years.

PreVail Back Forty entices with a delicious array of intense aromas and flavors including toffee, currants, leather, hints of nutmeg spice, caramel, vanilla, ripe plum, and toasty oak notes. This full-bodied wine has a long, rich finish and smooth, yet structured tannins. 

The Chairman Series Lineage is a bold and distinguished red. On the nose, roasted spiced plum pie with hints of espresso, vanilla and toasty oak intermingle creating a mouthwatering aroma. Layers of dense flavors mimic the bouquet with strong support from a perfectly balanced tannin-acid structure. Pair Lineage with main course attractions like New York steak, filet mignon, short ribs or venison.

This sultry Merlot opens with ripe aromas of dark cherry, black currant, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, lifted black cherry and dark berry fruit flavors are accented by notes of caramel, clove, allspice, and tobacco leaf. Soft tannins round out the generous finish.
