Marine Layer is a special barrel selection from our best vineyards — in this case Heintz and Bohemian — blending them together to create an homage to the chilly Sonoma Coast in our backyard.
If you have enjoyed our Marine Layer Pinot Noir, think of El Pino as its wilder, darker sidekick. We love working on these blends simultaneously, selecting the more delicate barrels for Marine Layer and the more robust for El Pino.
Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from a combination of vineyards in the Russian River and Sonoma Valleys. The warm days and cool evenings of these regions are perfect for our style of Sauvignon Blanc: fruit-driven with a backbone of lipsmacking acidity.
An exciting, yet friendly wine, bursting at the seams with aromas of macerated wild berries and an elegant, soft earth undertone. The flavors combine both sweet and tart, reminiscent of Santa Rosa plums and wild blackberries that grow so commonly in Sonoma.
This wonderfully complex Sonoma Coast Chardonnay has aromatics of lemon curd, baking spices, wet river rock and a hint of cedar. In the mouth, the wine is moderate weight but packs extraordinary depth of flavor ripe with Asian pear, Golden Delicious apple and a hint of minerality. This round yet delicate wine finishes with balanced acidity and a dry, clean finish.
An enticing nose of pepper, violets, cigar and cassis. On the palate it is a mouthwatering mélange of red berry and plum flavors backed by earthy tones of herb roasted meat and fresh black trumpet giving way to a spice laden finish.
Abounds with intense flavors of boysenberry, dark plum, and blackberry with a smooth silky finish featuring hints of cocoa and touch of caramel. Well balanced with fine tannins, this wine is deep and multi-dimensional. Will play well for 15 -20 years.

Elegant yet structured, with a broad, soft palate and medium body. Reminiscent of the terroir-driven Syrahs of the Northern Rhône, this wine displays black cherry fruit, hints of violet and layers of exotic spice.
This is a very delicate Pinot Noir, with a warmly scented nose of potpourri and freshly crushed red berries. In the mouth you will find electric flavors of cranberry, strawberry, anise seed and pomegranate. The finish is long, precise and pleasantly bitter, much like a negroni.
