This structured yet delicate pinot noir has aromatics on the exotic spectrum. with caramel, gingerbread spice, guava, and molasses, with hints of potpourri, graham cracker, hazelnut toffee, and nutmeg. On the palate, there is a hint of butterscotch enveloped in juicy, up front weight leading to silky tannins and a hazelnut finish.
