The 2023 Hallberg Ranch Pinot Noir opens with delicate aromas of cherry, pomegranate, and wild strawberry with savory notes of crushed dried herbs. On the palate, red and black fruit flavors are framed by nuanced sweet oak and vanilla. The silky palate finishes with fine-grained tannins. Pair with beet and arugula salad with truffle-infused almonds or cocoa nib crusted duck with roasted fall vegetables.

The 2019 Nicole’s Proprietary Red is a blend created from the best barrels of our estate’s finest vineyard blocks. The final composition consists primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine shows a beautiful juxtaposition with contrasting flavors that work well to deliver a long and lingering finish. Nicole’s should be decanted when young,and should age for 20+ years.

Aromas of dark cocoa, ripe raspberry, and flint/mineral notes open up to sweet ripe plum, black cherry, and an oak expression of lightly toasted brioche. Full-bodied, exuberant plum and red cherry fruit flavors without a hint of the irrational. Cocoa and a hint of anise join the fruit in an elegant balance along with the oak, acid, and tannin. Supremely focused, but generous with a long finish.

Avril Lavigne x Banshee introduces Limited Edition Banshee “Complicated” Pinot Noir! This collaboration fuses Avril’s unmistakable artistry and rock ’n’ roll spirit with our winemaking craft. This lush and fruit-forward Pinot Noir has aromas of cherry, raspberry, and clove spice. In honor of the launch, Banshee will make a $10,000 donation to benefit songwriting camps for She Is The Music, an organization dedicated to creating more opportunities for women in the music industry.

The 2022 Cabernet Franc is delicate, yet layered. Aromas and flavors of plum, black currant, cinnamon, vanilla, green tobacco, and toasted marshmallow lead to a decadent, long-lasting crème brûlée finish.

Upon swirling the glass, you’ll notice aromas of cassis, black olive, and dried oregano. On the palate, smooth tannins with well-integrated oak provide the backbone for bold flavors of black currant, dried sweet tobacco, graphite, accents of cedar, and ribbons of caramel and espresso. Decant and enjoy with steak frites.

The 2022 Trésor opens with aromas of cedar, molasses, cola, cassis, and a hint of clove. The palate is full, with silky tannins adding depth to layers of plum jam and toasty dried cherry scones. Trésor complements lamb and beef that is roasted or braised. Pair with beef stew, filet mignon, a maple bacon cheeseburger, grilled flank or sirloin steak. Try Trésor with strong-flavored cheeses like Gorgonzola or sharp cheddar.

Densely colored with intense aromas of luscious black cherry, forest floor and hints of baking spice that emerge from the glass. Its elegant mouth-filling texture nicely balances fresh acidity and silky-smooth tannins.

The 2021 GEO is a strong tribute to its reputation. Brambly aromas with spice, blackberry, dark fruit, and rich toffee lead to a robust mouthfeel. Rich layers of black and blue fruits coupled with coffee, licorice, and cola linger long after the last sip.

This wine is a beautiful representation of Anderson Valley Pinot Noir. Aromas of maple, fig compote, marshmallow, and allspice awaken the senses. The palate offers an uplifting acidity with strawberry tart flavors, accented by notes of thyme, and caramel drizzle on the finish.

Our 2021 Sangiovese opens with aromas of violet, cherry, cola, and a hint of sarsaparilla. On the palate, bright white cherry flavors are supported by persistent tannins in the mid-palate, with nuance of graphite and cedar on the finish. We recommend pairing this wine with pasta carbonara, squid ink seafood risotto, or chocolate cherry brownies.

The 2022 Abel Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dark garnet-ruby color in the glass. Aromas of spice, cedar, tobacco, and pomegranate lead to delicate, yet bold characters on the palate. Black raspberry, blackberry blossom and vanilla flavors framed by rich tannin coalesce in a smooth, lingering finish

Our 2021 Estate Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is silky with a balanced acidity and soft tannins. Aromas include wild strawberry, black cherry, cranberry-spice, and forest floor. Ripe cherry and pomegranate dominate the flavors, along with savory hints of mushroom, clove and baking spices.

The 2021 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel is a bold and hearty wine. Aromas of dried rose petals, crushed raspberries and briary fruit are present among opening. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy flavors of fresh raspberries and strawberry marmalade and notes of sweet spices. A hint of toasty oak lingers on the finish.

This beautiful representation of Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir opens with aromas of dried thyme, red cherry cola, and black pepper accents. Bright acidity lifts confectionery fruit flavors of dried cherry and fresh red plum, finishing with nuance of boysenberry and pure vanilla extract.

Our 2022 Windborn Pinot Noir is deep and dark with shades of mahogany and garnet. On the nose, there are complex aromas of black cherry, coriander, and plum that are complemented by hints of black olive, cedar, underbrush and baking spices. The palate delivers a rich and dense midpalate with a long and persistent finish.

Wine lots and barrels selected for our ‘El Coyote’ Cabernet Sauvignon don’t necessarily come from a particular spot on the estate (la Vineyard Designate), but rather share common flavor and structural attributes that highlight the dark, meaty, rich, black fruit aspects of the variety. To further highlight these characters, we often co-ferment with varieties that share these same qualities.

The 2021 Benoist Ranch Pinot Noir is elegantly structured, intricately layered, and a true representation of the dynamic Sonoma Coast appellation. On the nose, preserved strawberry and rhubarb with hints of graphite, cinnamon, and menthol entice the senses. The expansive mid-palate expresses deep earthy characters complemented by notes of spice.

Each vintage of Cinq Cepages is unique and is the result of the terrain, the growing season, and the individual vineyards selected for the blend. The 2021 is quite opulent, opening with lush dark fruit aromas accented by cassis, vanilla, and spice. The palate is plush, offering dark berry flavors coupled with toasted oak and smooth, velvety tannins. The elegant structure of this full-bodied wine lends itself to a variety of hearty, meat-based dishes and is expected to age beautifully for 10-15 years with proper cellaring.

Our 2022 Estate Red opens with savory aromas of blueberry, blackberry, cigar box, tobacco leaf, black tea, and an underlying earthy/herbal tone. The palate is dense and complex with black cherry, vanilla, and roasted coffee bean flavors laced with supple tannins. This wine will age beautifully over the next 15 years.

The 2021 Malbec offers a floral bouquet with black fruits, and graphite notes. The juicy entry leads to rich, full-bodied flavors of chocolate covered cherries and nutmeg nuance, supported by firm, robust tannins.

PreVail Back Forty entices with a delicious array of intense aromas and flavors including toffee, currants, leather, hints of nutmeg spice, caramel, vanilla, ripe plum, and toasty oak notes. This full-bodied wine has a long, rich finish and smooth, yet structured tannins. 

Our 2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant expression of the very best of the varietal grown on our Alexander Valley estate. A light perfume of lavender flowers leads to a bold yet refined palate. Robust tannins and flavors of black currant and dark chocolate fill the mouth, concluding with a soft, lingering finish.

Our Sangiovese offers a bouquet reminiscent of holiday cheer; clove-spiced cherry, cranberry compote, roasted figs, and vanilla wafer. On the palate, this wine is structured yet smooth, supported by a lifting acidity. Flavors of crumble-topped Italian plum tart and a hint of caramel sauce flow through the finish.
