Our 2021 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon displays layers of dense black fruit. The 2022 Malbec-Merlot with juicy bramble berry and hints of cedar and white pepper give this unique blend its diverse character. Lush flavors of mixed berries and a dash of cedar give depth to the mid-palate and elegant tannins softly envelope the finish.

We’ve got a blend of silky, wildly expressive Syrah, velvety Merlot and bold Cabernet Sauvignon, all from impressive vineyards throughout Eastern Washington. The 2022 Streamlet is a vibrant wine with earthy aromas of bright red and blue fruits and cedar. Dark dusty cocoa swirls on the palate with dark fruit accents that encapsulate this complex wine.

We really like to blend but coming up with a name can be tricky. To stay with the river theme, we came across “Rivulet” (a very small stream), we liked it, however, it was already taken. So, we added a “T” for Three Rivers and made up our own word, “Trivulet”. Our idea was to create a classic blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, sourced from impressive vineyards throughout Eastern Washington. These noble varietals marry so well, no wonder this combo has been considered to be one of the best in the world. Luxurious aromas of bright red cherry, rose petal and delicate floral emerge with the first pour. On the palate, notes of rich milk chocolate are accented by hints of powdered earth that leads to a bright, mouthwatering finish.

Our 2022 Walla Walla Valley Syrah is rustic and juicy. This wine opens with aromatics of raspberry jam and black fruit with a hint of spice. This is a medium-bodied Syrah with concentrated mouth-filling flavors of red fruit, juicy raspberry and baking spice that lead to a lingering finish.

The Riesling grapes are gently whole cluster pressed, which allows for free run and soft pressed juice to be separated within a 4-hour time frame. The juice is chilled and decanted before inoculation with a Riesling specific yeast strain. Fermentation is arrested to allow for some residual sweetness to balance the crisp acidity. Aromatics of white blossom, peach and star fruit lead to a juicy mid-palate full of stone fruit and peach pie that lead to a bright, clean, off-dry finish.

Our 2021 Red Mountain Petit Verdot is impenetrably dark with powerful currant amd mixed berry aromatics with hints of leather. It is thick and commanding with dense dark fruit tones with lush tannins that lead to an opulent finish.

Dark red fruit and flavors of dark cocoa and cherry give this wine a robust mouthfeel. Truly a terroir-driven wine with soft and silky tannins, it pairs beautifully with beef tenderloin.

Both varietals were hand picked and whole cluster pressed. The juice was then allowed to clarify before inoculation with varietal-specific yeast strains. Fermentation took place in neutral French oak barrels. Once complete, we stirred the lees twice per week for 3 months, then once per week for another 3 months. The final blend is a clean, crisp wine with an enticing perfume of white nectarine, fruit cocktail, lemon-lime, and starfruit.

With the addition of aging in 100% new French oak for an extended period of time, we hope to lift the fruit to new heights. Our 2022 vintage has aromas of black currant and boysenberry pie with hints of sandalwood blossom. Flavors of brooding dark fruit, cola, umami, and cocoa lead to a lengthy finish.
