The 2017 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon exudes a combination of robust red and black fruits, and sweet high-toned herbs in the nose. The oak treatment supports but doesn’t overwhelm the flavors and provides a nice lengthy backbone throughout. It has a juiciness that is consistent with the fruit flavors and tremendous focus. This is a wine to enjoy over many years to come.
