The 2022 Henry Cabernet Sauvignon is an exquisite representation of the varietal and its reputable growing region. This Chairman Series wine is made from our best Cabernet Sauvignon block on the estate. It opens with beautiful aromas of lush black currant fruit and accents of kalamata olive. On the palate, the wine has

The 2023 Valleyview is the finest expression of the vintage across our estate vineyards. Vibrant Bing cherry, black cherry, and subtle baking spices weave through the vibrant, refined palate. The 2022 vintage opens with black cherry, cassis, cedar, and toffee, with subtle notes of graphite and black tea. Bold yet smooth and refined, the palate delivers a harmonious interplay of layered, bright fresh fruit that is plush and deeply concentrated. This is an incredibly food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon and pairs beautifully with wood-grilled steak with braised wild mushrooms.

Our 2021 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Aromatics of redolent cherry and raspberry are accented by notes of allspice, mocha and Douglas fir tips. The palate draws you in with flavors of baked strawberry tart and hints of spice with fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Rich and seamless, this wine is very transparent in that it reflects all aspects of its crafting: from the climate and soil, to the vineyard and through the slow and gentle fermentation.

The 2022 Malbec opens with mouthwatering aromas of berry cobbler and pomegranate. On the palate, it has delicate tannin, juicy mouthfeel, and flavors of dark blackberry jam, red plum, and ribbons of cranberry fruit. The 2022 Cabernet Franc is delicate, yet layered. Aromas and flavors of plum, black currant, cinnamon, vanilla, green tobacco, and toasted marshmallow lead to a decadent, long-lasting crème brûlée finish.

This cranberry red wine opens with herbaceous notes of mint, eucalyptus and lush red fruit aromas. Medium in body with a medium finish, it develops further on the palate with additional notes of sweet tobacco and spicy raspberry. Enjoy with Brussels sprout salad and glazed bacon, broiled sea bass, or traditional pork tamales in mole sauce.

The 2021 Salon Wine Selection Merlot is reminiscent of cozy fall days. On the nose, there are sultry aromas of wet earth, dark cherry, plum, autumn leaves, mushroom, vanilla, white pepper, and seasonal fresh flowers. The entry is bright with medium-weight and a beautifully textured finish. 

Our 2019 vintage Cabernet Franc displays a dark ruby color in the glass. Flavor notes of cherry, dark chocolate, dried prune, crushed pepper, and dried herbs are present on both the nose and palate. Smooth, well-coated tannins and vivid acidity are followed by a lingering finish.

The 2022 Heritage Red has a strong Cabernet Sauvignon base, with Petit Verdot, Malbec, and a small amount of other reds artfully selected for the  final blend. This wine offers seductive aromas of milk chocolate, dried cherries,  leather and tobacco. The palate is well-balanced with concentrated flavors  of pomegranate, raspberry, vanilla bean, and cinnamon. Silky tannins create  an elegant mouthfeel and long-lasting finish. Our 2022 Malbec opens with an intriguing perfume of dark brambly fruit - blackberry, blueberry, and cassis with hints of violet and dried tea leaves. On the palate, layers of plush dark fruit and Santa Rosa Plum blend seamlessly with soft tannins adding fullness to the juicy mouthfeel. Dark cocoa and spice-wrapped fruit linger on the finish.
