Upon opening, a bouquet of sarsaparilla, cranberry, vanilla, and forest floor fill the nose. On the palate, bright acidity and dancing tannins blend beautifully with notes of black cherry and graham cracker. Sky High Ranch Pinot Noir is a seductive, aromatic wine that pairs beautifully with mushroom risotto, roasted salmon over lentils and bacon, or Toulouse-style cassoulet.

Upon opening, deep aromas of dark plum, black pepper, tobacco and clove fill the nose. The palate mirrors the aromas with additional notes of black cherry, leather and savory dried herbs. A soft mouthfeel and smooth, refined tannins linger on the lush finish.

The 2023 offers enticing aromas of dark plum and earthy tobacco. On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied with flavors of black cherry and accents of rich cassis fruit. It is elegant and refined with cocoa and bay leaf on the finish. 

The Chenin Blanc captures both the terroir and the long history of Chalone Vineyard. The 2024 vintage is highly aromatic with notes of jasmine, pineapple, orange blossom, passion fruit and floral essences. The wine offers a lovely creamy texture, lifted by bright acidity.

Petit Verdot has a reputation for its deep color and concentrated flavors and this wine is a testament to the varietal. It opens with aromas of blackberry fruit accented by notes of graphite and pomegranate. On the palate, bold tannins and nuanced espresso are coupled with black pepper, blueberry and black berry fruits. Balanced oak and gentle acidity soften the finish. This bold wine pairs perfectly with barbecued tri-tip or pork belly and grilled vegetables. We recommend decanting for 30-60 minutes prior to serving.

Robust aromas and flavors of boysenberry, huckleberry, blackberry and pecan pie. Accents of violets, roses and sweet baking spices. Tannins are well integrated, resulting in a well-balanced wine.

This wine has beautiful aromas of crisp green apple and guava with lively citrus zest. On the palate, this wine is bright, refreshing and mouthwatering, with bold acidity, notes of kiwi fruit, and lemon-lime citrus zest on the clean, crisp finish.

Rich, concentrated, and well-knit layers of black cherry liquor, cocoa, nutmeg, toasted oak, and tea leaves. Dense tannins and great acidity provide balance and structure to this full-bodied Cabernet for the ages.

The 2023 Dry Creek Zinfandel fills the nose with raspberry cream, cherry pie filling, and toasted spice aromas. On the palate, layers of sweet oak, spice, and vanilla are complemented by generous ripe berry flavors and velvety tannins.

This wine opens with layers of inviting aromas - dark fruit, dark chocolate, warm oak spice, and crushed graphite. Flavors of ripe berry, black cherry, and plush well-integrated tannins lead to a long and flavorful finish.

The 2023 opens with aromas of candied raspberries and red cherry. On the palate, the wine is complex with layers of blackberry, boysenberry and ribbons of elegant tannin. This wine delivers mouthwatering acidity with black pepper and dark plum on the finish.

Our 2024 Pinot Grigio is medium-bodied and approachable. The nose offers white flower, white peach, and lemon-lime. On the palate, layers of zesty flavors and mineral nuances make this wine excellent to enjoy on its own or with a variety foods.

The fruit for this wine comes from our best block of Sauvignon Blanc on the estate. The musqué clone makes this a highly aromatic wine, showcasing a beautiful tropical bouquet upon opening. The flavor profile is bright, with lively acidity and flavors of confectionery citrus, nectarine, and white peach. The creamy finish adds notes of grapefruit and lemon custard to satisfy the palate. Enjoy paired with fatty fish, cream sauces or Thanksgiving turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Our 2022 Estate Red opens with savory aromas of blueberry, blackberry, cigar box, tobacco leaf, black tea, and an underlying earthy/herbal tone. The palate is dense and complex with black cherry, vanilla, and roasted coffee bean flavors laced with supple tannins. This wine will age beautifully over the next 15 years.

Our 2024 Oak Hill Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, clean wine with lemon-lime citrus and white flower on the nose. Crisp acidity coupled with white peach, lime zest, and a distinct minerality make this wine an excellent apéritif., or paired with a variety of light cuisine. We recommend sea bass roasted with fennel and orange slices, topped with gremolata.

Lively and impactful, this chardonnay has aromatics of toasty baked apple pie with spice, fresh honey dripping from the comb and floral notes. This coastal wine has lovely acidity with a smooth, creamy weight and plays nicely with the soft hints of butter cream and caramel. This chardonnay will brighten any day, or mood!

Crisp and refreshing, the nose displays aromas of cut grass, watermelon and citrus. The wine shows pale lemon yellow in the glass with an acid-driven profile on the palate that surrounds citrus, cut hay and slight floral notes.

This Chardonnay is a wine of character with pleasant aromas and pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is buttery with sweet aromas of tropical fruit and cherry blossoms. On the palate, the wine is soft and silky with notes of brioche and tropical fruit that return pleasantly on the finish and a slight mineral note that adds complexity. It is a medium-bodied wine that goes well with white meat served with buttery sauces or crab.

Enticing aromatics of boysenberry jam and black cherry cola.  On the palate, this wine has moderate tannin with smooth texture with well-integrated tannin and fruit with lush notes of red and black plum, raspberries and chamboard with hints of black pepper accents on the finish.

The 2024 Fumé Blanc is crisp and full of bright fruit characters. Aromas of guava, apricot, and lychee lead to fresh pineapple, mango, peach, and lemon cream on the palate. This wine is light and refreshing - perfect for spring and summer dining al fresco.

The 2023 opens with aromas of brioche, toasted graham, and accents of caramelized brown sugar. On the palate the wine is medium bodied, showcasing notes of ripe pineapple fruit, toasted vanilla wafer and marzipan lingering on the finish.

The 2022 Henry Cabernet Sauvignon is an exquisite representation of the varietal and its reputable growing region. The western-facing hillside vineyard where Henry is grown imparts powerful, concentrated aromas, color, and flavors into the wine. Dark fruit, bold tannin, and perfectly balanced acidity make this wine an excellent choice for a steak dinner topped with rich blue cheese butter.

Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of passion fruit, honeydew melon, pineapple, guava, grapefruit, and a hint of oak. The palate offers bright acidity and beautifully interwoven flavors of lime, gooseberry, citrus, and cucumber. Minerality rounds out the wine, lingering on the elegant finish

The 2023 Carol Ann Chardonnay opens with enticing aromas of toasted vanilla, brioche, and toasted almond. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine has notes of confectionery white flower, citrus fruit, and graham cracker, finishing with nuanced lime zest and clover honey. Carol Ann pairs beautifully with halibut crudo in citrus ponzu.

The 2022 Borreo Ranch Zinfandel opens with enticing aromas of red and black bramble, blood orange, cacao nib, and mission fig. The soft entry leads to boysenberry and sweet spice with carob flavors on the finish.

Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is a bright and refreshing wine with aromas of grapefruit, lime, and stone-fruit. The palate offers abundant tropical flavors with notes of lemon zest and melon, lifted by crisp acidity and minerality on
the finish.

Our 2023 Chalk Hill Sauvignon Gris has a wonderful balance of finesse and concentration. The 2023 typifies that contrast with its weight and freshness. This wine opens with a bouquet of lemon zest, tropical passion fruit, pineapple, citrus, and apricot. The creamy palate offers flavors of grapefruit with a burst of fresh acidity carrying it through the finish.

Our 2021 Handmade Cabernet Franc offers aromas and flavors of autumn leaves, cherry, raspberry, vanilla, graham cracker, and a touch of white pepper. This wine is medium-bodied with great texture and a long finish. Cellared properly this wine will continue to evolve in-bottle for 8-10 years. Serve with braised beef rib with deglazed Cabernet Franc sauce and roasted carrots.

Our 2024 Syrah is bold and complex from the pop of the cork. Dark, nearly opaque hues of red and purple fill the glass. A bouquet of violet, blackberry, leather, vanilla, and toasted oak are suggestive of complex flavors to come. The wine is viscous, chock-full of dark fruit, tobacco, and black tea. Velvety tannins grip the palate and last long after the last sip.

The 2023 Carneros Chardonnay offers beautifully balanced fruit with richness imparted by time in French oak barrels. It displays an elegant profile of bright gala apple and lemon zest intertwined with vanilla crème and graham cracker notes. The finish is long and layered.

Our 2022 Syrah opens with black pepper, black plum, and accents of violet candy on the nose. The palate is juicy, offering moderate tannin support to layers of blackberry, plum, and currant with delicate French oak framing. Pair with smoked duck, sausage, or charred scallion chimichurri.

This wine is an inky, deep purple in the glass with aromas of barrel spice, tobacco, leather, and mixed dark fruit. The palate is big and rich, marrying dark chocolate, blackberry, black cherry, and a touch of sweetness. A hint of vanilla lingers on the finish.

This is a smooth and creamy wine made from our premium Chardonnay block on the estate. Aromas of golden apple and Bosc pear reveal confectionery caramel, toasted meringue, and brioche flavors on the palate. We suggest enjoying this wine paired with pan seared rock fish with lemon butter.
