Our 2024 Oak Hill Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, clean wine with lemon-lime citrus and white flower on the nose. Crisp acidity coupled with white peach, lime zest, and a distinct minerality make this wine an excellent apéritif., or paired with a variety of light cuisine. We recommend sea bass roasted with fennel and orange slices, topped with gremolata.

The 2020 Brut sparkling opens with aromas of golden delicious apple, pear, and brioche. On the palate, fine mousse is accompanied by a smooth richness and velvety bubbles. Flavors of apple compote, pear, hazelnut and hints of walnut linger on the finish. 

This wine opens with cassis, cedar, cocoa, cola, and cardamom spice on the nose. The palate is beautifully structured with plush, integrated tannins adding elegance and depth to the layers of leather, plum jam, and mocha flavors.

On the palate, crushed berries and cassis give way to layers of opulent black and red berry fruit, with accents of vanilla. The 2022 Abel Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dark garnet-ruby color in the glass. Aromas of spice, cedar, tobacco, and pomegranate lead to delicate, yet bold characters on the palate. This Chardonnay is a wine of character with pleasant aromas and pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is buttery with sweet aromas of tropical fruit and cherry blossoms. On the palate, the wine is soft and silky with notes of brioche and tropical fruit that return pleasantly on the finish and a slight mineral note that adds complexity. The 2024 growing season kicked off with cool spring temperatures. A few summer heat spells nudged the ripening along, while cool nights helped preserve acidity and freshness in the fruit. Harvest held a fast pace and delivered beautiful fruit quality.

The 2023 Dundee Hills Reserve Pinot Noir is chock-full of concentrated aromas of baked cherry, marionberry, and baking spice. A pure expression of the terroir, this wine has a refreshing acidity, delicate, fine-grained tannins, and a persistent, elegant finish. Our 2023 Rosé is light pink in the glass with delicate notes of fresh strawberry, rhubarb, rose petal and peach aromas. The palate is laced with juicy watermelon notes, apricot, and notes of fresh cut grass. The finish is long and refreshingly crisp. The gentle hue of this Rosé was achieved by allowing Pinot Noir grapes to remain in contact with the juice ever so briefly—just long enough to garner a delicate blush, and classic Pinot Noir structure and character.

Each vintage of Cinq Cepages is unique and is the result of the terrain, the growing season, and the individual vineyards selected for the blend. The 2021 is quite opulent, opening with lush dark fruit aromas accented by cassis, vanilla, and spice.
