Our 2021 Estate Red opens with savory aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, cigar box, and black tea. The palate is dense and rich with layers of dark chocolate and spices, framed by velvety tannins. This wine will age beautifully over the next 15 years.

The fruit for this wine comes from our best block of Sauvignon Blanc on the estate. The musqué clone makes this a highly aromatic wine, showcasing a beautiful tropical bouquet upon opening. The flavor profile is bright, with lively acidity and flavors of confectionery citrus, nectarine, and white peach. The creamy finish adds notes of grapefruit and lemon custard to satisfy the palate. Enjoy paired with fatty fish, cream sauces or Thanksgiving turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Our 2022 Cabernet Franc is chock-full of enticing aromas of cassis, raspberry, and graphite. On the palate, this wine is fresh with accents of pepper and tobacco laced with ribbons of silky tannin and delicate notes of red plum, cherry, and pomegranate. Serve with lamb with mint sauce or tri-tip BBQ for a memorable meal.

Petit Verdot has a reputation for its deep color and concentrated flavors and this wine is a testament to the varietal. Aromas of ripe black plum with hints of pencil shavings and pepper lead to a silky palate with bold tannin, dark fruit, and accents of cocoa and smoky tobacco leaves. This is the perfect wine to enjoy with smoked meats or cheese, aged Gruyere, or a fine cigar.

The 2018 Winemaker Series Brut Sparkling is a beautiful representation of our Russian River Valley vineyards. This sparkling opens with aromas of brioche and apple pie, leading to flavors of toasted almond, notes of oyster shell and lemon pith to round out the palate. Fine bubbles and flow from the start through the creamy finish.

Riesling is known for it’s highly aromatic nature. Our 2022 is beautifully representative of that reputation, offering honeysuckle flowers and St. Germain. The mouthwatering palate is light-bodied and nuanced, exuding flavors of guava, citrus, and stone-fruit. This wine is an excellent pairing for Asian cuisine, especially Tom Yum Goong, or yellow curry.

Our 2022 Merlot opens with concentrated aromas of juicy black plum and sweet tobacco leaf. On the palate, supple tannins and balanced acidity elevate notes of strawberry preserves, pomegranate, black olive, and cigar. The easy-drinking qualities of this Merlot make it the perfect wine to pair with caramelized veggies and filet mignon.

This wine opens with complex aromatics of black cherry, damp earth, and ripe strawberry with hints of baking spice and caramel from the sparing use of new French oak barrels. The finish is silky, long and seamless with soft tannins and rich mouthfeel, typical of Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.

The Chairman Series Lineage is a bold and distinguished red wine. On the nose, rich cassis with hints of fennel and black currant intermingle to create a mouthwatering aroma. On the palate, this wine is robust, with layers of blue and black fruit supported by well-structured tannin and notes of graphite. We recommend decanting for 30-60 minutes before serving to allow the deeply complex fruit characters to evolve. Lineage’s great texture makes it a perfect pairing with rib eye, New York steak, filet mignon, short ribs, or venison…or a holiday feast.

This wine opens with dusty plum, herbal aromas, with ripe berry tones. Distinct notes of black currant, white pepper dark chocolate lead to a silky mouthfeel with velvety tannins, full, rich and dense with a long, lingering finish.

Take a deep breath and dive in. Sea Floored opens with an aromatic medley of blackberry, mulberry, and boysenberry. On the palate, the wine is rich and smooth with ribbons of red and black cherry marmalade, accented by notes of black pepper and black plum fruit. This wine has plenty of personality and would love to be served with a slight chill on a warm summer afternoon.

PreVail Lookout Tree is a bold, yet refined wine. An enticing bouquet of molasses, raspberry sauce, sage, and tobacco lead to layered flavors of cassis, plum, and leather. The complex profile and forward tannin structure will allow this wine to evolve and age beautifully for many years.
