This wine marries sweet nuances of toasted graham and caramel with white flower, and fresh pineapple. The palate is beautifully balanced, the oak and acid providing structure for lemon citrus fruit and confectionery notes of vanilla wafer and honeycomb. A racy minerality lingers through the finish.

Our 2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of toasted graham cracker, plum jam, butterscotch, and nutmeg. The wine has a fruit-forward entry, followed by dark berry cobbler and molasses, with well-balanced tannin and lifting acidity flowing through the long finish.

We really like to blend but coming up with a name can be tricky. To stay with the river theme, we came across “Rivulet” (a very small stream), we liked it, however, it was already taken. So, we added a “T” for Three Rivers and made up our own word, “Trivulet”. Our idea was to create a classic blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, sourced from impressive vineyards throughout Eastern Washington. These noble varietals marry so well, no wonder this combo has been considered to be one of the best in the world. Luxurious aromas of bright red cherry, rose petal and delicate floral emerge with the first pour. On the palate, notes of rich milk chocolate are accented by hints of powdered earth that leads to a bright, mouthwatering finish.

PreVail Lookout Tree is a bold, yet refined wine. An enticing bouquet of molasses, raspberry sauce, sage, and tobacco lead to layered flavors of cassis, plum, and leather. The complex profile and forward tannin structure will allow this wine to evolve and age beautifully for many years.

The 48% new French oak aging softens the bold tannins and provides lingering notes of creamy vanilla and roasted coffee beans on the finish.

Our 2021 Patrick’s Vineyard Chardonnay has a golden-amber hue with ripe pear, pineapple core and movie popcorn on the nose. The mouthfeel is round and full, expressing notes of pear, apple pie fillling, butterscotch and marzipan.

We are excited to showcase this classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Sauvignon Blanc brings brightness to the aromatics and finish while Semillon supplies weight to the palate. Complex aromas of Asian pear and lemon custard with citrus and honey flavors give way to a velvety finish.

The 2022 Sonoma County Rosé is a lovely shade of pale salmon with aromas of floral, tutti-frutti bubblegum and fresh watermelon. Bright, mouthwatering flavors of juicy watermelon are highlighted by hints of minerality and a soft yet crisp finish. Racy acidity and elegance are balanced perfectly in this dry, crisp rosé.

The 2021 Zoula Nunn Chardonnay is a rich, opulent wine. Aromas of caramelized sugar, and crème brûlée with nuance of clover honey flowers lead to a full, round mouthfeel. Our 2023 Rosé of Malbec is a vibrant and fresh expression of Russian River Valley fruit. A beautiful pale pink color in the glass, this wine exudes bright aromas of lemon meringue, nectarine, and honeydew melon. The palate delivers flavors of granny smith apple, strawberry creamsicle, and plenty of stone fruit, balanced with bright acidity.

The Chalone 2021 Grenache showcases a light, fire engine red color in the glass. The nose is defined by a strawberry jam character with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove spice; and the palate is led by fruit-forward notes of raspberry and mulberry while still holding on to the savory minerality that is unique to Chalone Vineyard’s terroir. This is a lighter expression of Grenache that is not too bold or broad, with medium-gripped tannins and a pleasant oaky finish.

Our 2021 Windborn Pinot Noir is deep and dark with shades of mahogany and garnet. On the nose, black cherry, cedar and earthy aromas are complemented by hints of black olive and baking spices. The palate delivers a dense yet velvety texture with lush layers of plum and dark cherries finishing with firm, mouth-coating tannins. This wine will age beautifully for several years to come, but can be enjoyed now after decanting.

A crisp and refreshing wine perfect for the spring and summer seasons, our 2023 Estate Rosé opens with aromas of bright raspberry, strawberry, lavender and a touch of lemon peel. The palate offers delightful tangerine, ruby grapefruit, and lime. With well-balanced acidity and a long, creamy finish, this wine makes an excellent pairing for fish tacos, strawberry goat cheese salad, or enjoy by itself.

The 2023 Rosé is the quintessential summertime wine. This wine is popping with aromas and flavors of strawberry, rose petal, and watermelon, lifted by crisp acidity.

Our 2018 Estate Red opens with bold and intense aromas of black cherry, anise, tobacco leaf, leather and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and savory with layers of vanilla, spice, dark fruit and black tea. Dense and supple, the tannins are rounded by a balanced acidity and a long and smooth finish. Though appealing in its youth, this wine will also age beautifully over the next 15 years.

The pinot noir for this rosé was handpicked and whole cluster pressed to preserve the delicate aromatics and light pink color. The contribution from the neutral French oak adds weight and length to the palate and also allows contact with the lees for a creamy texture. Aromas of fresh wild strawberry and stone fruits set the tone for this delightful rosé. The palate shows bright notes of grapefruit and strawberry that lead into a soft minerality. A lively acidity accents the ripe fruit flavors and carries the wine into a crisp finish.
