The 2016 Kuleto Cab Franc opens with classic aromas of violet, cassis and tobacco followed a strong raspberry fragrance. On the palate, flavors of raspberry and dark cherry meld with fine, dusty tannins to give you a smooth oaky finish.
The leading aroma is dominated by melted black and red licorice candy smells followed up by super-ripe or sunbaked blackberries. The oak contributes vanilla extract to the fruit and spice. The perfect cold weather sipping wine!
