Our 2021 Pinot Blanc was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures until dryness. It opens with aromas of golden apple, honey, pear and citrus notes, with a touch of wet riverstone minerality. On the palate, a firm mouthfeel leads to a lingering and silky finish.

The 2021 Willamette Valley Chradonnay is an elegant wine with beautiful, delicate aromas of stone fruit and lemon peel with soft hints of caramel and roasted almonds. The finish is soft with a lingering minerality and notes of wet stone.

Our 2021 Reserve Pinot Blanc is rich and complex with aromas of fresh apricot highlighted by hints of baked pear and citrus zest. The palate continues with flavors of stone fruits, melon and soft, creamy vanilla. The bright acidity and richness of this medium-bodied wine is complemented by an integrated and seamless mouthfeel.

The 2021 Courtney Chardonnay opens with French Chablis inspired aromatics - bright citrus zest tones, racy minerality, and nuance of toasted hazelnut. The gently rolling Belle Terre vineyard, with well-drained, gravelly and sandy loam soils produces beautiful Chardonnay fruit that has been a mainstay at Chateau St. Jean since 1975. Our 2021 Patrick’s Vineyard Chardonnay has a golden-amber hue with ripe pear, pineapple core and movie popcorn on the nose. The mouthfeel is round and full, expressing notes of pear, apple pie fillling, butterscotch and marzipan.

The fruit for this wine comes from our best block of Sauvignon Blanc on the estate. The musqué clone makes this a highly aromatic wine, with tropical guava, peach, and nectarine notes. The 2022 vintage was another warm and fast-paced year. Warm temperatures continued into summer setting the stage for full ripening, fresh acidity and beautifully balanced fruit. The 2021 Founder's Block reflects 100% native yeast and is unfined and unfiltered. This “hands off” approach allows the grapes and vines to shine. After 15 months in 92% new French oak, the Founder’s Block Chardonnay exhibits a creamy richness, marked by ripe pear, baked apple, and baking spices, producing rounded layers and texture.

Our 2021 Grüner Veltliner shines throughout with complex minerality and notes of kiwi fruit and white peach. Aromatics of bright lemon-lime zest fill the glass. This wine is light and refreshing, making it a perfect complement for herbaceous meals, such as English pea shoot or yellow beet salad.

Our 2022 Chardonnay is beautifully balanced with juicy stone fruits and fragrant golden apple aromas and flavors. The palate fully delivers with a creamy, viscous mouth feel that highlights the crisp fruit flavors and adds to the complexity.

This wine is especially unique as we worked with Proprietor Carol Ann Foley to create her “perfect” Chardonnay – a fresh, round, fruit-forward, and balanced, yet lighter style with notes of Fuji apple, stone fruit, citrus zest and a slight mineralty. It finishes long with a beautifully balanced acidity.

Fiorella entices the senses from the first swirl of the glass. A bouquet of pear, honeysuckle, toasted marshmallow, and fig lead to rich flavors and a creamy mouthfeel. Peach, pear, vanilla, brioche, butter cream,and brown sugar flavors round out this elegant Chardonnay.
