Our 2019 vintage Cabernet Franc displays a dark ruby color in the glass. Flavor notes of cherry, dark chocolate, dried prune, crushed pepper, and dried herbs are present on both the nose and palate. Smooth, well-coated tannins and vivid acidity are followed by a lingering finish.

Our 2018 Estate Red opens with bold and intense aromas of black cherry, anise, tobacco leaf, leather and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and savory with layers of vanilla, spice, dark fruit and black tea. Dense and supple, the tannins are rounded by a balanced acidity and a long and smooth finish. Though appealing in its youth, this wine will also age beautifully over the next 15 years.

Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of white flower, passion fruit, guava, honeydew, citrus, and a slight touch of oak. The palate is beautifully balanced, offering crisp, balanced acidity, smooth texture and Meyer lemon on the finish.

The 2019 Cinq Cépages opens with aromas of sweet dark cherry and raspberry jam on layers of mocha, clove, and sweet vanilla. On the palate, sweet blackberry and dark plum flavors are framed by toasty oak and a hint of dried herbs, and a plush, full body accented by fine-grained tannins. Lively acidity balances a lengthy finish of sweet vanilla, jammy fruit, and hint of dark chocolate.

Our 2021 Estate Pinot Noir is silky with a balanced acidity and soft tannins. Aromas include wild strawberry, black cherry, cranberry-spice, and forest floor. Ripe cherry and pomegranate dominate the flavors, along with savory hints of mushroom, clove and baking spices.

The combination of dry farming and cool microclimate shows in the intensity of ruby color, pure flavors and seamless structure of the Hallberg Pinot Noir. The complex nose opens with juicy aromas of red fruit and berry confiture. The wine glides on the palate with luxurious texture and seamless balance, its vibrant acidity enhancing the intensity of fruit on the mid-palate.

The 2021 Cabernet Franc is delicate yet layered. Aromas and flavors of plum, black currant, cinnamon, vanilla, green tobacco, and toasted marshmallow lead to a decadent, long-lasting crème brûlée finish.

The pinot noir for this rosé was handpicked and whole cluster pressed to preserve the delicate aromatics and light pink color. The contribution from the neutral French oak adds weight and length to the palate and also allows contact with the lees for a creamy texture. Aromas of fresh wild strawberry and stone fruits set the tone for this delightful rosé. The palate shows bright notes of grapefruit and strawberry that lead into a soft minerality. A brand new wine from Lincourt, the 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir opens with bright aromas of watermelon, red apple, and candied cherries. This Chairman Series wine is made from our best Cabernet Sauvignon block on the estate. Our 2021 Dundee Hills Reserve Pinot Noir displays a dark ruby color. Nuanced aromas of dark cherries, spice and mulberry set the tone. Juicy black cherry coats the palate with notes of vanilla and spice highlighted in the background. The use of new French oak barrels in this wine supports the fruit and adds a touch of baking spice aroma where the contribution of older French oak barrels allows the tannins to develop gracefully over time. The finish is silky and long, which is a characteristic of Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.

The 2021 Bar Lazy S Ranch Pinot Noir opens with aromas of candied strawberry rhubarb, accents of fresh cut roses, and raspberry liqueur. On the palate, elegant ceylon tea tannin, accents of black pepper, and candied cherries meld seamlessly with flavors of confectionery cherry cola on the lengthy finish.

The 2020 Malbec is lush and juicy. Opening with aromas of boysenberry cobbler and a nuance of confectionery vanilla bean, that lead to red and black fruit on the palate. Pops of pomegranate acidity make this wine an ideal pairing for Thanksgiving dinner.

Our 2021 Reserve Pinot Blanc is rich and complex with aromas of fresh apricot highlighted by hints of baked pear and citrus zest. Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is a bright and refreshing wine with aromas of stonefruit, lime, and mango. The palate offers abundant citrus flavors with orange blossom, mango, hints of pineapple and pear, and a crisp mineral finish.

The 2019 Middleridge Ranch Pinot Noir seduces with a perfumed nose of raspberries, Bing cherry, vanilla and maple, followed by mouthwatering, juicy flavors of cherry pastry and cola on the mid palate and toasted graham cracker lingering on the finish. 

Our 2019 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel is a bold and hearty wine. Aromas of dried rose petals, crushed raspberries and briary fruit are present among opening. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy flavors of fresh raspberries and strawberry marmalade and notes of sweet spices. A hint of toasty oak lingers on the finish.

The 2019 Brut sparkling opens with aromas of golden delicious apple, pear, and brioche. On the palate, fine mousse is accompanied by a smooth richness and velvety bubbles. Flavors of apple compote, pear, hazelnut and hints of walnut linger on the finish.

This elegant Chardonnay has aromas of Gravenstein apple, lemon zest and hints of cardamon spice. Vibrant acidity on the pallet with flavors of juicy apple and citrus. The finish is bright, long and creamy. This wine pairs perfectly with creamed corn or butter popcorn.

Upon swirling the glass, you’ll notice aromas of cassis, black olive, and dried oregano. On the palate, smooth tannins with well-integrated oak provide the backbone for bold flavors of black currant, dried sweet tobacco, graphite, accents of cedar, and ribbons of caramel and espresso.
