This wine is structured with firm but smooth tannins that lead to a satisfyingly long finish.

Hailing from the acclaimed Russian River Valley AVA of Sonoma County, our 2023 Reserve Russian River Valley Chardonnay is round and full. Aromas of peach, melon, pear, and a sweet symphony of honeysuckle, brown sugar, and waffle cone fill the nose. The palate displays a beautiful blend of caramel, spice, minerality, and toasted oak. Bursting with dark cherry aromas with underlying tones of forest floor and wet earth. The color in the glass is pale scarlet. On the palate this wine shows plenty of volume, with dark wood, strawberry, cherry and slight toasted oak flavors. The tannins are supple and work well with the crisp acidity to drive the finish.

The 2017 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of all five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. Dark, rich fruit presents aromas of wild game on the nose. On the palate there are hints of blackberry compote and dark stone fruit flavors. An incredible display of the rich and concentrated flavors that come from our estate vineyards, this wine glides across the palate for a long, decadent finish.

A delicate yet persistent mousse highlights soft floral notes on the nose with a hint of almonds and fresh hazelnuts. Superb structure and length on the palate introduce white fruits in perfect balance with a particularly pleasing minerality and undertones of brioche/yeastiness.

A wine of great structure and power, it will continue to develop further complexity with bottle age and show best over the next 15-25 years.

Deep purple color, opaque in glass. Expressive nose of crushed espresso bean, mocha and cassis. On the palate dark fruits, blackberry and plum intermingle with subtle dried thyme and blueberry. Secondary characters have started to show through with bottle age, these include cedar and cigar box, freshly cured tobacco leaf. The tannins are bold, which when set into the context of the wines rich flavor and texture provide a delicious balance to the balanced acidity. With a long, evolving finish this wine is perfect for pairing with food or enjoying by itself. Drinking well now but will benefit from careful cellaring over the next twenty years.

Our 2019 Syrah displays a deep ruby color in the glass and offers fruitful notes of rich berry, intense black currant, boysenberry, and black olive. This is a full-bodied wine with coated tannins and firm acidity on the palate that concludes with a smooth, lingering finish.

On the nose, raspberry, fruit punch, cranberry, strawberry, earth, and spice lead to a smooth, lively palate with juicy red currant and strawberry flavors through the finish.

The deep red-purple color gives the hint of what follows in the nose and mouth. Aromas of black plums, black currants, sweet aromatic herbs, talcum powder, and tar combine to produce a bouquet that is so evocative of the Coombsville area in late fall. It enters the palate with a thick and sweet sensation, flows evenly to all corners of the mouth, and then tapers to a clean and polished finish. This is a classic beauty of a wine.

The 2018 Merus is a dark and powerful wine. Aromas of cassis and blackberry fill the nose, with undertones of vanilla bean, cedar and graphite. A full body and plush velvety tannins fill the mouth with deep flavors of saturated black fruits. Hints of vanilla and a fine grain oak texture from the 100% new French oak aging linger on the finish. Decant for one hour for maximum enjoyment.

The 2023 Chalone Pinot Blanc was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures until dryness, resulting in a fresh, medium-bodied wine. This wine opens with an enticing bouquet of nectarine, honey, honeysuckle, jasmine, and citrus with a touch of yuzu and quince. The palate delivers a luscious mid-palate with crisp acidity and a hint of minerality.
