Membership in the Foley Food & Wine Society Summer Club is exclusively available to existing members of our Foley Food & Wine Society wine clubs, by invitation only. There is no additional membership fee to join, you will pay one members-only price for an exceptional selection of six or twelve wines hand selected by the Foley Food & Wine Society each summer, cold shipping included!

Terms & Conditions

By joining the Foley Food and Wine Society Summer Club, I agree:

  • I am 21 years of age or older
  • I authorize my credit card to be billed in accordance with the membership program I selected, applicable sales tax, and shipping fees (shipping fees vary depending on quantity and shipping method)
  • If I should cancel my primary wine club membership, my Summer Club membership will also be cancelled
  • Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box and must be signed for by someone at least 21-years of age
  • Wines, shipping cadence and program details may be changed by FFWS at any time and will be communicated to you via email
  • State laws regarding the shipment of wine are strictly followed by FFWS, our releases are only permitted to certain registered states and are subject to change at any time without prior notice

Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to cancel your membership, a written cancellation request must be received at least 30 days prior to the next release, following the receipt of two consecutive shipments. Customers who are unable to uphold the minimum commitment may be subject to additional fees for discounts previously received on wine or tasting experiences. Cancellation of your primary wine club membership will effectively cancel your membership in the Summer Club. Send written cancellation requests to wineclub@foleyfoodandwinesociety.com.
