The 2025 Chardonnay opens with an inviting bouquet of pear crumble, peach cobbler, and freshly baked pastry, accented by delicate white flowers and a hint of flint. On the palate, the wine is wonderfully supple and creamy, offering indulgent layers of custard, crème brûlée, and a touch of vanilla. Our first vintage of Jory Ridge offers captivating aromas of baked cherry, marionberry, clove, and a subtle hint of pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is stunningly poised - it is rich yet nuanced, beautifully capturing the essence of our Black Walnut vineyard. This wine pairs perfectly with mushroom risotto, roasted chicken with summer vegetables, or charcuterie.

The Chardonnay was gently pressed, allowed to settle, then racked to a combination of French oak barrels (40%) and concrete egg (60%) for fermentation, followed by 6 months of aging. A variety of yeast strains and the completion of malolactic fermentation impart complexity and richness. The resulting wine offers golden delicious apple, pear, starfruit, and spice with a full mouthfeel and beautiful finish.

The Riesling grapes are gently whole cluster pressed, which allows for free run and soft pressed juice to be separated within a 4-hour time frame. The juice is chilled and decanted before inoculation with a Riesling specific yeast strain. Fermentation is arrested to allow for some residual sweetness to balance the crisp acidity. Aromatics of white blossom, peach and star fruit lead to a juicy mid-palate full of stone fruit and peach pie that lead to a bright, clean, off-dry finish.

The Chenin Blanc captures both the terroir and the long history of Chalone Vineyard. The 2025 vintage is highly aromatic with notes of jasmine, pineapple, orange blossom, passion fruit, and floral essences. The wine offers a lovely creamy texture, lifted by bright acidity. 

The 2025 Oak Hill Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful expression of a balanced growing season, opening with bright, fresh aromas of lemon-lime citrus and delicate white floral notes. On the palate, the wine is vibrant, lead by flavors of white peach and lime zest underscored by a subtle minerality. This crisp profile culminates in a refreshing finish, making it an exceptionally food-friendly selection that captures the cool-climate precision of the vintage.

The 2025 Santa Ynez Valley Rosé opens with an elegant and expressive nose defined by perfumed rose petals and ripe watermelon. The palate is beautifully textured and inviting, offering lush flavors of strawberries and cream accented by candied cherries and a delicate hint of toasted meringue. This versatile wine is the perfect partner for savory and sweet Char Siu, as its bright fruit and creamy finish seamlessly complement the dish's rich, glazed flavors.

The fruit for this wine was harvested and sorted in the vineyard prior to arrival at the winery. The clusters were then carefully destemmed to keep the berries intact. Additional hand sorting removed any jack stems before the fruit was transferred to small, stainless steel, open-top fermenters. The juice and skins were cold-soaked for 4 days prior to fermentation and then gently punched down for several days. After primary fermentation was complete, the new wine was drained and the skins were gently pressed. This wine is 100% stainless steel fermented and aged.

This wine has beautiful aromas of crisp green apple and guava with lively citrus zest. On the palate, this wine is bright, refreshing and mouthwatering, with bold acidity, notes of kiwi fruit, and lemon-lime citrus zest on the clean, crisp finish.

Our 2025 Rosé of Malbec is a vibrant and fresh expression of Russian River Valley fruit. A beautiful pale pink color in the glass, this wine exudes enticing aromas of grapefruit, nectarine, honeysuckle, and caramelized sugar. Flavors of lemon curd, golden delicious apple, and ripe strawberries dance on the palate. This is the perfect spring and summer sipper.
