Our 2023 Malbec-Petit Verdot is a deep, rich color in the glass. It opens with cedar, sage, blueberry, vanilla, baking spice, and earthy forest floor aromas. On the palate, black tea, black currant, elderberry, licorice and plum flavors are interwoven with a plush tannin structure. This wine will continue to develop in bottle for the next 10+ years.

Our 2023 Sophia’s Hillside Cuvée is primarily composed of our young hillside blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit from these estate vineyard blocks meld together to create a perfectly balanced, intense wine. It has the fruit-forward youthfulness and freshness of the young Cabernet Sauvignon that is softened and balanced by the French oak aging. Upon opening, deep aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, and plum are intertwined with hints of graphite, tobacco, and a touch of violet. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet balanced, with rich flavors of dark fruit and baking spice, supported by velvety tannins and bright acidity. The 2024 Petal Vale Pinot Noir offers an elegant and complex aromatic profile that draws you in with bright notes of cranberry and fresh strawberry, gracefully balanced by a subtle earthy undertone and sophisticated hints of well-integrated oak and delicate vanilla. The palate delivers a vibrancy, opening with a slight sweetness upon entry that beautifully transitions into lively red currant. Mid-palate flavors unveil a savory complexity of bay leaf and a distinct minerality, layered with nuanced herbal notes. The wine remains focused and refined throughout, culminating in a pristine, balanced acidity on the finish that leaves a lasting impression of freshness and depth

On the nose, cherry, cranberry, mushroom, earth, and black tea lead to a balanced palate with pomegranate and black currant flavors supported by well-integrated, soft tannins.

The Chardonnay was gently pressed, allowed to settle, then racked to a combination of French oak barrels (40%) and concrete egg (60%) for fermentation, followed by 6 months of aging. A variety of yeast strains and the completion of malolactic fermentation impart complexity and richness. The resulting wine offers golden delicious apple, pear, starfruit, and spice with a full mouthfeel and beautiful finish.

The Riesling grapes are gently whole cluster pressed, which allows for free run and soft pressed juice to be separated within a 4-hour time frame. The juice is chilled and decanted before inoculation with a Riesling specific yeast strain. Fermentation is arrested to allow for some residual sweetness to balance the crisp acidity. Aromatics of white blossom, peach and star fruit lead to a juicy mid-palate full of stone fruit and peach pie that lead to a bright, clean, off-dry finish.

The 2025 Oak Hill Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful expression of a balanced growing season, opening with bright, fresh aromas of lemon-lime citrus and delicate white floral notes. On the palate, the wine is vibrant, lead by flavors of white peach and lime zest underscored by a subtle minerality.
