On the palate, this wine is robust, with layers of blue and black fruit supported by well-structured tannin and notes of graphite. We recommend decanting for 30-60 minutes before serving to allow the deeply complex fruit characters to evolve. Lineage’s great texture makes it a perfect pairing with rib eye, New York steak, filet mignon, short ribs, or venison…or a holiday feast.
