Our 2018 Estate Red opens with bold and intense aromas of black cherry, anise, tobacco leaf, leather and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and savory with layers of vanilla, spice, dark fruit and black tea. Dense and supple, the tannins are rounded by a balanced acidity and a long and smooth finish. Though appealing in its youth, this wine will also age beautifully over the next 15 years.

Upon opening, concentrated aromas of blackberry and dark plum fill the nose. The palate is full-bodied with flavors of dark cherry, boysenberry, and a hint of tobacco. Well-balanced and structured with lingering notes of toasted oak on the long finish.

A dark garnet-brick color is displayed in the glass, and is met with an intricacy of Bing cherry, vanilla, red plum, and forest floor aromas. The flavor notes on the palate are consistent with the nose, with evolving flavors of raspberry, mushroom, and a hint of truffle. A luscious and structured mid-palate is characterized by grippy tannins and balanced acidity, leading to a pleasantly long finish.

This wine opens with delicious aromas of baking spices, licorice, dark fruits, floral notes and a hint of chocolate, complemented by juicy flavors of black cherry, currant and blueberry. This naturally-balanced wine has a velvety texture and a dazzling complexity that is layered with notes of toast and lingering spice on the finish.

Aromas of red fruits, tea leaf, hibiscus and caramel fill the nose upon opening our 2020 Handmade Merlot. The palate is juicy and filled with flavors of strawberry and sweet cherry with a fresh acidity. The French oak provides structure and hints of toasted spice, cigar box and vanilla. A viscous mouthfeel and smooth tannins linger on the elegant finish.

Vibrant, bright and aromatic with notes of tropical fruit, green apple and citrus complemented by marzipan and honeysuckle. The wine is persistent on the palate and creamy on the finish. Hints of toast round out this beautiful, balanced wine.

Big and rich, with mouth-filling ripe red and black mountain and benchland fruits accented with black tea, cassis, black licorice, a touch of fennel, black olive and sweet blueberry fruit leather. Hints of cedar cigar box and tobacco sit alongside well-integrated tannins.

This is a smooth and creamy wine made from our premium Chardonnay block on the estate. Stone fruit, candied toffee, ginger and toasted brioche waft from the glass. The palate is lush and full-bodied with light acidity. Enjoy this wine paired with rich seafood, poultry, creamy pastas and cheeses.

Aromas of ripe cherry, cola, dark currant and baking spices fill the senses, followed by vibrant flavors of juicy plum, black cherry and cardamom. A velvety texture and bright acidity distinguish this naturally-balanced wine.

Mouthwatering aromas of kiwi, lemongrass, white peach, honeysuckle and citrus fill the nose upon opening our 2022 Handmade Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is bright and refreshing with notes of grapefruit, lime, stone fruit and a hint of fresh herbs. A smooth texture and subtle minerality from the concrete egg aging lingers on the finish.

This wine is especially unique as we worked with Proprietor Carol Ann Foley to create her “perfect” Chardonnay – a fresh, round, fruit-forward, and balanced, yet lighter style with notes of Fuji apple, stone fruit, citrus zest and a slight mineralty. It finishes long with a beautifully balanced acidity.

Our 2021 Estate Chardonnay is creamy, rich and elegant with complex aromas and flavors of baked pear tart, lemon curd, toasted marshmallow, star fruit, caramel, exotic spice, vanilla and a fresh acidity. This is an age worthy wine of exceptional quality known for its long, rich and elegant finish.
