Our 2021 Handmade Chardonnay is an exquisite representation of the varietal and growing region. Aromas of peach, honeysuckle, pineapple, citrus flower, and melon are complemented by notes of butterscotch and toasted caramel. The creamy palate delivers flavors of apricot, lemon rind, guava, and vanilla, with a long, structured finish. We recommend serving this wine alongside seafood pasta, buttered scallops, or soft brie cheese.

This wine is classic yet offers a special decadence. The nose sparks interest with tomato leaf and olive tapenade over classic cinnamon, dark cherry, and chocolate aromas. On the palate, elegant entry and velvety layers of blueberry and blackberry are complemented by graham cracker and a firm, refined finish. This wine is well-suited to a spaghetti bolognese dinner.

The 2020 Brut sparkling opens with aromas of golden delicious apple, pear, and brioche. On the palate, fine mousse is accompanied by a smooth richness and velvety bubbles. Flavors of apple compote, pear, hazelnut and hints of walnut linger on the finish. 

Mouthwatering aromas of kiwi, lemongrass, white peach, citrus and jalapeño fill the nose. The palate is bright and refreshing with notes of pink grapefruit and lime. A long creamy finish makes this wine an excellent pairing for raw oysters, goat cheese, or octopus salad.

The 2020 Malbec is elegant and full-bodied. It opens with aromas of plum, blueberry, fresh cherry, and notes of forest floor. The palate mirrors the nose, adding strawberry and toasted oak to the bright, long finish.

Our 2021 Handmade Petit Verdot is dark and inky in the glass, opening with aromas of dark cherry, sage, violet, caramel, and forest floor. Bold and full on the palate, this wine has layered flavors of red cherry, plum compote, and cedar. The 48% new French oak aging softens the bold tannins and provides lingering notes of creamy vanilla and roasted coffee beans on the finish.

Our 2021 Handmade Cabernet Franc offers aromas and flavors of autumn leaves, cherry, raspberry, vanilla, graham cracker, and a touch of white pepper. This wine is medium-bodied with great texture and a long finish. Cellared properly this wine will continue to evolve in-bottle for 8-10 years. Serve with braised beef rib with deglazed Cabernet Franc sauce and roasted carrots.

A lovely pale pink in the glass, our 2022 Rose offers a bouquet of violets, raspberry, strawberry and fresh peach. The palate is crisp and balanced with a subtle minerality and refreshing acidity. Flavors of stone fruits, bright cranberry and a hint of lemon thyme linger on the juicy finish.

This wine opens with an enticing bouquet of lemongrass, white peach, nectarine, and toasted coconut. The palate offers a soft entry with lemon meringue, mango, and melon flavors leading to bright acidity on the finish. This wine is an excellent choice served with grilled shrimp tacos or goat cheese salad.

A decadent night cap. “Angelica” is a historic and rare style of wine produced with little or no fermentation; it is made by the addition of brandy to grape must. Elevate your sipping experience with this exceptional dessert wine. Brimming with notes of toffee and caramel it's beautiful when savored as an end of night treat but equally delicious a la mode or atop roasted peaches.

A well structured and full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with inviting aromas of huckleberry, cedar, black pepper and a hint of dried sage. On the palate, bold tannins are balanced with flavors of black currant and dark cherry with savory notes of tobacco and graphite. While approachable now, it will age beautifully over the next 5-10 years.

A textbook Rutherford Cabernet, this wine opens with a remarkable punch. Intense aromas of raspberry, plum, dried herbs, violet and lavender waft from the bottle. The palate is bold, yet refined with intricate layers of dark fruit, blackberry, and clove that persist on the finish. This wine is well-suited to pairing with grilled portobello mushroom, venison, or steak. It will continue to evolve beautifully for 7-12 years.

Deep ruby in the glass, our 2016 Handmade Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of vanilla, tobacco, black currant and anise which leads to an exceptionally soft wine across the palate. Complex flavors of dark cherry and blackberry are complemented by hints of cocoa, graphite and savory herbs. This wine is structured with firm but smooth tannins that lead to a satisfyingly long finish.

Aromas of red fruits, tea leaf, hibiscus and caramel fill the nose upon opening our 2020 Handmade Merlot. The palate is juicy and filled with flavors of strawberry and sweet cherry with a fresh acidity. The French oak provides structure and hints of toasted spice, cigar box and vanilla. A viscous mouthfeel and smooth tannins linger on the elegant finish.

Named for late winemaker Patrick (Pat) Foley, this wine was crafted to embody his bold character, fun-loving personality and relentless spirit. Upon opening, aromas of toasty oak, cinnamon, vanilla, plum and cherry waft from the glass. The robust mouthfeel maintains intrigue as flavors of spicy white pepper, plum, and cocoa powder flow across the palate. Medium tannins and a long finish make this wine an ideal pairing with a hamburger, pizza, or meatloaf and will continue to evolve with proper cellaring for 10 to 15 years.

Our Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful expression of the classic Bordeaux varietal. These aromas carry through to the palate, with additional notes of dusty cocoa, vanilla, and dried sage. Firm yet smooth tannins are present on the lingering finish.

The 2021 Handmade Malbec opens with a beautiful medley of plum, strawberry, dark cherry, chocolate, cedar, and blueberry aromas. Winemaker Camille Benitah produced our 2009 Handmade Cabernet Sauvignon from a selection of barrels that captured intensity and elegance of the Coombsville AVA. Deep in color, this luscious wine features heightened aromatics of dark red fruit, new leather, exotic spices and licorice. It is amazingly rich and concentrated on the palate with traces of soft tannins in the finish.

Truly intense, dark fruit instantly deliver on the nose for this 2015 Handmade Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon. Concentrated flavors of blackberry, black cherry and berry compote lead on the mouth with compounding herbal notes that draw from the unique terroir of Rutherford. A wine of grit and elegance, there are hints of vanilla and tobacco that complement each other while notes of sage and bay leaf elevate the flavors. The finish is beautifully structured, delivering length, body and texture to complete the experience.

Our 2012 Rutherford Merlot exhibits the iconic “Rutherford Dust” mouth feel. Filled with swarming aromas and flavors of raspberry, fresh Bing cherry, and a hint of baking spice. The wine rounds out with a hint of toasty oak. The finish has soft tannins and velvety texture, truly an elegant wine!

Our 2019 Handmade Cabernet Franc opens with savory aromas of tobacco and juniper, and while it sits, additional note of olive and pepper spice are present. The palate is thick and viscous with bright acidity and flavors of ripe raspberry and strawberry. Medium-firm tannins are present on the lingering, oak tinged finish.

Our 2013 Petit Verdot comes from estate vineyards in the Rutherford AVA. Deep ruby with purple hues, this wine exudes dark fruit aromas of plum, blackberry and dried sage. The palate is layered and silky with red fruits, clove, anise and a hint of toasted oak. The mouthfeel is structured and elegant accented by velvety tannins that are framed by vanilla flavors from the oak aging. Pair this wine with a hearty beef stew.

On the nose, our 2018 Handmade Malbec presents aromas of bright cherry, red peppercorn and hints of pipe tobacco. Lush tannins coat the palate with lush and dark flavors of plum, blackberry and dusty cocoa. Additional notes of licorice root, vanilla spice and toasted oak linger on the long and satisfying finish
