The 2022 Salon Wine Selection Chardonnay offers the ideal blend of fruit and oak. On the nose, the aromas are diverse and intriguing: baked pear, vanilla, cedar, sandalwood, overripe apple, nectarine, butterscotch, and baking spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a beautiful creamy texture and peach salinity. The finish is long and clean. Pair with Camembert cheese with peach compote.
