This wine is a dark opaque purple. Our Salon Merlot has an aromatic nose, with touch of licorice, plum, violet, and slight toasted marshmallow. This is a full-bodied wine, with rich weight that coats the palate with flavors such as cocoa, dark chocolate, and black cherry. This is a well-balanced with medium tannins.
