Explosive aromas on the nose of Indian ink, black tea, a slight gaminess all complex and evolving. On the palate this dark brooding Syrah delivers savory flavors of black olive, blackcurrant, briar and tapenade. The tannins are upfront but not aggressive, the acidity adds structure and a mouthwatering finish.
