THE Dark truly embodies its name, presenting an opulent, inky dark appearance in the glass. It exudes lavish aromas of plum, blackberry jam, and blueberry cobbler. The palate unfolds with a density of fruit flavors, complemented by hints of pepper spice and the subtle embrace of vanilla barrel toast. This culminates in a brooding finish that is both smooth and indulgent. Pairs well with: Rosemary-Crusted Lamb.
