Our 2021 Handmade Petit Verdot is dark and inky in the glass, opening with aromas of dark cherry, sage, violet, caramel, and forest floor. Bold and full on the palate, this wine has layered flavors of red cherry, plum compote, and cedar. The 48% new French oak aging softens the bold tannins and provides lingering notes of creamy vanilla and roasted coffee beans on the finish.

Robust aromas and flavors of boysenberry, huckleberry, blackberry and pecan pie. Accents of violets, roses and sweet baking spices. Tannins are well integrated, resulting in a well-balanced wine.

Our 2021 Red Mountain Petit Verdot is impenetrably dark with powerful currant amd mixed berry aromatics with hints of leather. It is thick and commanding with dense dark fruit tones with lush tannins that lead to an opulent finish.

Petit Verdot has a reputation for its deep color and concentrated flavors and this wine is a testament to the varietal. Aromas of ripe black plum with hints of pencil shavings and pepper lead to a silky palate with bold tannin, dark fruit, and accents of cocoa and smoky tobacco leaves.
