The Chairman Series Lineage is a bold and distinguished red wine. On the nose, rich cassis, currant, and juicy blackberry are accented by notes of sweet tobacco. On the palate, this wine has chalky tannin and showcases earthy blue fruit with veins of graphite, olive, and pomegranate. Decant and pair with roasted lamb, wild game, or root vegetables.

Our 2022 Gravel Bed Red opens with blue blueberry and boysenberry aromas, wrapped in a delicate bouquet of fresh lavender. The juicy palate delivers marionberry and boysenberry cobbler, with savory dried herbs, and mouthwatering acidity. Supple tannins linger on the smooth, elegant finish. This wine pairs beautifully with aged Gouda cheese, Italian sausage with fennel, or pasta bolognese.

This Pinot is sultry and inviting. Raspberry, blackberry, cigar box, leather and a hint of baking spice fill the nose. The palate offers a smooth texture and silky tannins with flavors of plum, gravel, black cherry, and chocolate. Balanced acidity carries this wine through the memorable, extended finish.

Our 2024 Syrah is bold and complex from the pop of the cork. Dark, nearly opaque hues of red and purple fill the glass. A bouquet of violet, blackberry, leather, vanilla, and toasted oak are suggestive of complex flavors to come. The wine is viscous, chock-full of dark fruit, tobacco, and black tea. Velvety tannins grip the palate and last long after the last sip.

The 2020 Brut sparkling opens with aromas of golden delicious apple, pear, and brioche. On the palate, fine mousse is accompanied by a smooth richness and velvety bubbles. Flavors of apple compote, pear, hazelnut and hints of walnut linger on the finish.

The 2023 St. Jean Vineyard Cabernet Franc is dark and structured. Aromas of blue and black fruits fill the air; subtle smoky herbaceous notes complementing black pepper spice and tobacco. On the palate, black plum, cherry, and raspberry flow freely, supported by beautifully integrated acidity and softly structured tannins. Spice and vanilla linger on the finish.

This wine is loaded with brambly ripe berry, subtle crushed rose petal, vanilla, and caramel. The palate is creamy and plush - bursting with rich berries and dark cherry framed by sweet oak, vanilla, caramel, and a touch of baking spice. Supple, integrated tannins create an elegant and elongated finish.

The 2023 Highground Pinot Noir is an intensely structured, powerful representation of the varietal. Black currant, plum, rose petals, and black cherry are complemented by sappy, mineral-driven characters. This wine is the definition of polish and poise. We recommend serving with roasted duck breast, creamy mushroom pasta, grilled eggplant, or herb-crusted lamb.

Our 2024 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir opens with a beautiful bouquet of huckleberry, dried cherry, orange peel, clove, cedar, and mocha. On the palate, fine tannin provides support to flavors of pomegranate and tart strawberry. Persistent balanced acidity carries the wine through the finish. Serve with pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, or roasted chicken.

Founder’s Block is known for producing wines of exceptional character. The 2023 is an excellent representation of that. On the nose, stone fruit, spice, and subtle floral notes intrigue the senses. The first sip reveals baked apple, nectarine, and warm toasted oak spice. The rich, creamy mouthfeel is lifted by bright acidity, creating a well-structured, food-friendly wine.

The bouquet is powerful yet refined with floral notes, tobacco, and black pepper. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry, and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine
shows a beautiful juxtaposition with contrasting flavors that work well to deliver a long and lingering finish.

Our 2023 Willamette Valley Chardonnay opens with delicate aromas of white flower, stone fruit, lemon peel, caramel, and toasted almonds. The palate is a beautiful compilation of subtle wet stone, citrus, and fresh baked bread.

Our 2021 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Aromatics of redolent cherry and raspberry are accented by notes of allspice, mocha and Douglas fir tips. The palate draws you in with flavors of baked strawberry tart and hints of spice with fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Rich and seamless, this wine is very transparent in that it reflects all aspects of its crafting: from the climate and soil, to the vineyard and through the slow and gentle fermentation.

Concentrated layers of black cherr y, cocoa, and nutmeg fill the nose upon first pour. The palate is balanced with dense tannins and acidity to provide structure to this full-bodied Cabernet.

The 2023 Lindsay’s Vineyard Reserve Pinot Noir captivates the senses from the first swirl of the glass with aromas of dense black berries, cola, and black pepper. The palate is concentrated with black, blue, and red berry fruits, ribbons of pomegranate, and elegant French oak tannin on the finish. Pair with duck or filet mignon.

The 2022 Henry Cabernet Sauvignon is an exquisite representation of the varietal and its reputable growing region. The western-facing hillside vineyard where Henry is grown imparts powerful, concentrated aromas, color, and flavors into the wine. Dark fruit, bold tannin, and perfectly balanced acidity make this wine an excellent choice for a steak dinner topped with rich blue cheese butter.

Our 2024 Oak Hill Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, clean wine with lemon-lime citrus and white flower on the nose. Crisp acidity coupled with white peach, lime zest, and a distinct minerality make this wine an excellent apéritif., or paired with a variety of light cuisine. We recommend sea bass roasted with fennel and orange slices, topped with gremolata.

Aromatics of fresh lemon curd with toasted meringue and pops of fresh citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with accents of brined minerality and candied tangerine and has a finish of nectarine and powdered peach pastilles.

Our 2023 Courtney’s Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay opens with toasted brioche, hazelnut, and vanilla bean custard. On the palate, the wine is mouthwatering, balanced, and viscous with good weight. It is rich in notes of crème brûlée, sweet creamy custard with confectionery vanilla wafer, and buttered popcorn on the finish. Pair with creamy pumpkin sauce over gnocchi with a crispy pork belly garnish.

This decadent Chardonnay opens with lush pear, peach, lemon chiffon, graham cracker, and toasted marshmallow aromas. On the palate, spiced apple, apricot, and vanilla buttercream combine with the beautifully creamy texture to create an opulent profile with an elegant finish.

The 2022 Borreo Ranch Zinfandel opens with enticing aromas of red and black bramble, blood orange, cacao nib, and mission fig. The soft entry leads to boysenberry and sweet spice with carob flavors on the finish.

PreVail West Face is an exquisite, full-bodied wine with aromas of maple, leather, wild berries, and hints of bacon, and violets. On the palate, ripe, bold fruit flavors, with dark chocolate, and plum crostada are supported by ample tannin, with espresso lingering on the finish. Nuanced notes of black tea, toasted baking spices, and just a whisper of earthy leather provide complexity and length, culminating in a smooth, persistent finish.

Our 2022 Cabernet Franc is chock-full of enticing aromas of cassis, raspberry, and graphite. On the palate, this wine is fresh with accents of pepper and tobacco laced with ribbons of silky tannin and delicate notes of red plum, cherry, and pomegranate. Our 2023 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and expansive. On the nose, cedar, cassis, and allspice create an intriguing medley. Leather and black plum jam flavors flow beneath hints of cocoa and warm caramel. The finish is persistent and satisfying.
