The 2022 Abel Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dark garnet-ruby color in the glass. Aromas of spice, cedar, tobacco, and pomegranate lead to delicate, yet bold characters on the palate. Black raspberry, blackberry blossom and vanilla flavors framed by rich tannin coalesce in a smooth, lingering finish

Upon opening, freshly picked cranberries, raspberries and accents of red cherry compote fill the air. The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of four of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. The palate is deep and concentrated with flavors of black cherry, dark stone fruit, dried sage and a subtle earthiness.

Upon opening, aromas of espresso and cassis fill the nose. On the palate, this is a lighter-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with accents of red plum, graphite, and black olive. It’s earthy and bright with nuance of cranberry and black pepper, finishing with French oak on the long finish.

Dominique strikes an elegant balance of fruit and oak. Vanilla spice, toasted marshmallow, and Bartlet pear aromas lead to complex flavors of caramel, honey, crème brülée, and lemon cream. The rich, round palate finishes long and full.

The 2022 Hallberg Ranch Pinot Noir opens with delicate aromas of cherry, pomegranate, and wild strawberry with savory notes of crushed dried herbs. Our 2022 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Aromatics of wild strawberry, cranberry, and baked cherry are accented by notes of damp earth, dried orange peel and baking spice. The mouthfeel is elegant, round, soft, and velvety. The 2024 Grüner opens with a bouquet of kiwi fruit and fresh nectarine. On the palate, the wine is crisp, offering bright acidity and light body. Our 2023 Trenton Vineyard Pinot Noir is a classic representation of the cool climate and Russian River Valley terroir. Rustic aromas of earthy mushroom, dried cherry, and strawberry marry with hints of bay leaf and forest floor. The palate offers dried cherry and raspberry bramble with juicy strawberry and a touch of baking spice. Balanced acidity makes this a very approachable and food-friendly wine.

The 2024 Sangiovese Rosé is a crisp, fruity delight perfect as an apéritif on a warm spring or summer day. Fragrant notes of strawberry and blood orange waft from the glass, leading to a refreshing orchestra of red berries, lingonberry and zestiness on the finish.

The fruit for this wine was harvested and sorted in the vineyard prior to arrival at the winery. The clusters were then carefully destemmed to keep the berries intact. Additional hand sorting removed any jack stems before the fruit was transferred to small, stainless steel, open-top fermenters. The juice and skins were cold-soaked for 4 days prior to fermentation and then gently punched down for several days. After primary fermentation was complete, the new wine was drained and the skins were gently pressed. This wine is 100% stainless steel fermented and aged.

Our first vintage of Jory Ridge offers captivating aromas of baked cherry, marionberry, clove, and a subtle hint of pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is stunningly poised - it is rich yet nuanced, beautifully capturing the essence of our Black Walnut vineyard. This wine pairs perfectly with mushroom risotto, roasted chicken with summer vegetables, or charcuterie.

This Reserve Pinot Blanc combines mouthwatering aromas of pear and honeydew melon with notes of lime zest. The palate is mineral-driven with a briny character and complex interplay of acidity and richness that resolves on the lengthy finish. This wine pairs beautifully with grilled scallops, crab cakes, or pork tenderloin.

Our 2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon offers booming aromas of roasted coffee, nutmeg, and pepper. A powerhouse on the palate, this wine delivers abundant dark berry preserves, anise, and dried figs with ample tannin and balanced acidity. Enjoy with Wagyu hangar steak smothered in chimichurri or braised beef short ribs.

The grapes used in our 2024 Rosé were gently pressed with limited skin contact. This reduces the color and tannin impact on the wine, keeping it fresh and allowing for a pretty pale pink salmon hue. We fermented this Rosé with controlled temperatures and an aromatically focused yeast, which accentuates the bouquet. Our 2024 Rosé is vibrant, fresh, and perfect for warm-weather entertaining. Fragrant aromas of ripe ruby red grapefruit, creamy strawberry, and orange blossom emerge at the first pour. Flavors of juicy melon and grapefruit dance on the palate, finishing clean and zesty with crisp acidity.

The 2024 growing season kicked off with cool spring temperatures. A few summer heat spells nudged the ripening along, while cool nights helped preserve acidity and freshness in the fruit. Harvest held a fast pace and delivered beautiful fruit quality.

The 2022 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon displays dense aromas of dusty florals with hints of cherry and chocolate. Dark red fruit and flavors of dark cocoa and cherry give this wine a robust mouthfeel. Truly a terroir-driven wine with soft and silky tannins, it pairs beautifully with beef tenderloin.

Our 2022 Cabernet Franc is chock-full of enticing aromas of cassis, raspberry, and graphite. On the palate, this wine is fresh with accents of pepper and tobacco laced with ribbons of silky tannin and delicate notes of red plum, cherry, and pomegranate. Our 2021 Gravel Bed Cabernet Sauvignon is a stunning representation of Sonoma County terroir. Dark fruit characters abound in this deeply layered wine. Black plum and cherry, leather and black tea leaf marry with notes of dark chocolate and sweet toasted oak. Velvety tannins carry this wine through a lengthy, satisfying finish. We recommend pairing with grilled Portobello mushroom burgers with blue cheese, or barbecue beef brisket.

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc offers a bright, tropical profile on the nose and palate. Mango, papaya, and grapefruit are complemented by a slight minerality and fresh acidity that carries through the finish. This is an ideal wine for warm days on the patio, with or without food.

This wine entices the senses with earthy aromas of dried herbs and nutmeg married with ripe plum and raspberry jam. The 2022 Handmade Rutherford Malbec is a full-bodied wine, showcasing the diverse characters of our Rutherford vineyard. The palate is plush and balanced with a compilation of Kirch liqueur and vanilla flavors giving way to bright acidity through the finish. This wine pairs nicely with herbcrusted pork tenderloin.

The 2024 Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc is summer sunshine in a bottle. Aromas of Meyer lemon, a touch of gooseberry, and melon lead to lychee, citrus, and pineapple on the palate. Crisp acidity and minerality make this a delightful, easy drinking wine that pairs with a variety of cuisine.

The 2022 Alexander Valley Merlot opens with enticing aromas of blueberry, Santa Rosa plum, and vanilla. On the palate, sweet oak and caramel frame layers of dark fruit and mocha flavors. This wine is soft and juicy with fine-grained tannins adding fullness and length to finish.

The Chenin Blanc captures both the terroir and the long history of Chalone Vineyard. The 2024 vintage is highly aromatic with notes of jasmine, pineapple, orange blossom, passion fruit and floral essences. The wine offers a lovely creamy texture, lifted by bright acidity.

The Chalone 2022 Grenache is defined by strawberry jam, hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove spice. The palate is led by fruit-forward notes of raspberry and mulberry while still holding onto the savory minerality that is unique to Chalone Vineyard’s terroir. This is a lighter expression of Grenache with medium tannins and a pleasant oaky finish.
