Our 2021 Walla Walla Valley Syrah is rustic and juicy. This wine opens with aromatics of crushed blackberries with a hint of warm baking spices. This is a medium-bodied syrah with concentrated mouth-filling flavors of ripe red fruit and fig that leads to a lingering finish.

Red ruby in the glass, our 2021 Merlot showcases red and blue fruits, composed of dried cherries, ripe strawberry, red raspberry jam, and plum. A very pleasant complexity on the palate with baking spice, leather, and earthy notes of arugula. With a good balance of fruit, body, and tannin, this wine is perfect for porchetta, aged Manchego cheese, and baked truffle pastas.

Our 2024 Rosé of Pinot Noir offers fresh and fruitful aromas and flavors. Juicy notes of strawberry and watermelon are lifted by bright acidity, finishing crisp and clean. This wine is excellent on its own or served with cured meats, cheese and olives, or grilled shrimp with citrus vinaigrette.

The 2022 Cherryblock Cabernet Sauvignon shows remarkable depth and complexity. Black cherries, black currant, cocoa, and graphite waft from the glass. Our 2022 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Aromatics of wild strawberry, cranberry, and baked cherry are accented by notes of damp earth, dried orange peel and baking spice. The mouthfeel is elegant, round, soft, and velvety. This is a deep dive into the textures of Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.

Upon first swirl of the glass, aromas of raspberry, white plum, cherry, and orange zest will transport you back in time, with memories of warm days and al fresco dining. On the palate, flavors of cranberry, white cherry, and blood orange are highlighted by the bright, refreshing acidity, making this wine a truly versatile delight.

The fruit for this wine was harvested and sorted in the vineyard prior to arrival at the winery. The clusters were then carefully destemmed to keep the berries intact. Additional hand sorting removed any jack stems before the fruit was transferred to small, stainless steel, open-top fermenters. The juice and skins were cold-soaked for 4 days prior to fermentation and then gently punched down for several days. After primary fermentation was complete, the new wine was drained and the skins were gently pressed. This wine is 100% stainless steel fermented and aged.

Crisp and refreshing, the nose displays aromas of cut grass, watermelon and citrus. The wine shows pale lemon yellow in the glass with an acid-driven profile on the palate that surrounds citrus, cut hay and slight floral notes.

Our 2024 Oak Hill Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, clean wine with lemon-lime citrus and white flower on the nose. Crisp acidity coupled with white peach, lime zest, and a distinct minerality make this wine an excellent apéritif., or paired with a variety of light cuisine. We recommend sea bass roasted with fennel and orange slices, topped with gremolata.

Our first vintage of Jory Ridge offers captivating aromas of baked cherry, marionberry, clove, and a subtle hint of pencil shavings. Our 2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant expression of the very best of the varietal grown on our Alexander Valley estate. A light perfume of lavender flowers leads to a bold yet refined palate. Robust tannins and flavors of black currant and dark chocolate fill the mouth, concluding with a soft, lingering finish.

The Riesling grapes are gently whole cluster pressed, which allows for free run and soft pressed juice to be separated within a 4-hour time frame. The juice is chilled and decanted before inoculation with a Riesling specific yeast strain. Fermentation is arrested to allow for some residual sweetness to balance the crisp acidity. Aromatics of white blossom, peach and star fruit lead to a juicy mid-palate full of stone fruit and peach pie that lead to a bright, clean, off-dry finish.

A brand new wine from Lincourt, the 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir opens with bright aromas of watermelon, red apple, and candied cherries. On the palate, notes of strawberries and crème with hints of nectarine and peach jolly rancher linger on the finish. This refreshing wine is perfect for enjoying on warm spring and summer days, as well as alongside turkey over the holidays.

Each vintage of Cinq Cepages is unique and is the result of the terrain, the growing season, and the individual vineyards selected for the blend. The 2021 is quite opulent, opening with lush dark fruit aromas accented by cassis, vanilla, and spice.
