Named for late winemaker Patrick (Pat) Foley, this wine was crafted to embody his bold character, fun-loving personality and relentless spirit. Upon opening, aromas of black currant and sweet licorice are present with notes of vanilla spice. Our Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful expression of the classic Bordeaux varietal. This 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has a focused deep red to purple color with a brilliantly dark core. A crisp and refreshing wine perfect for the spring and summer seasons, our 2023 Estate Rosé opens with aromas of bright raspberry, strawberry, lavender and a touch of lemon peel. The palate offers delightful tangerine, ruby grapefruit, and lime. With well-balanced acidity and a long, creamy finish, this wine makes an excellent pairing for fish tacos, strawberry goat cheese salad, or enjoy by itself.
