The 2022 Estate Pinot Noir reveals aromas of cherry, strawberry, leather, truffle, forest floor, plum, and cinnamon. The medium-bodied palate is a beautiful representation of t he varietal and the Chalone AVA. Opulent flavors of plum, bright red cherries, and strawberry are complemented by notes of toasty oak, hints of vanilla and spices, and supported by medium acidity.

Established in 1919, Chalone Vineyard holds the distinction of being Monterey County’s oldest producing vineyard. Gaining international recognition by securing 3rd place for Chardonnay at the 1976 Judgement of Paris, Chalone continues to set the standard for Burgundian-style wines in California.
