PreVail West Face is an exquisite, full-bodied wine with savory aromas of bacon fat, violet, ripe plum, and a hint of anise. This is a refined, intentionally blended Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright red and black cherry aromas are framed by blue fruits, vanilla, and hints of cedar and cola. It is full-bodied, with a full, round entry and concentrated mid-palate. Graceful layers of mocha, graphite and dark plums are supported by fine-grained tannins. This wine is firm and balanced from start to finish. 

Upon opening, a bouquet of sarsaparilla, cranberry, vanilla, and forest floor fill the nose. On the palate, bright acidity and dancing tannins blend beautifully with notes of black cherry and graham cracker. Sky High Ranch Pinot Noir is a seductive, aromatic wine that pairs beautifully with mushroom risotto, roasted salmon over lentils and bacon, or Toulouse-style cassoulet.

2024 growing conditions were great from the start. Abundant seasonal rains and consistent weather patterns kept the growing season on schedule. Aromas of apple pie, baked bread, toasted marshmallow, vanilla cream and lemon curd fill the air. The palate is rich and creamy with poached pear, hazelnut, and cinnamon delivering an elegant interpretation of the terroir and vintage.

The 2023 GEO entices the senses with aromas of black fruits, blackberries, licorice snap, pastry, and subtle minerality with savory notes. The palate is lush and dark featuring plum galette, mulberry, baking spice and dark chocolate tannins through the decadent finish.

This 2024 Sky High Ranch Pinot Noir captures the cool-climate essence of the region, leading with vibrant aromas of freshly picked raspberry and the earthy, nostalgic spice of sassafras. A touch of savory bacon spice and smooth vanilla add a warm complexity to the aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine is bright and expressive, bursting with cranberry and juicy black cherry flavors that are framed beautifully by elegant, fine-grained tannins.

The 2023 Lindsay Pinot Noir offers fresh boysenberry and tart pomegranate seed aromas. On the palate, this wine delivers a juicy black cherry foundation with gentle tannin and hints of black pepper on the silky, lush finish.

The 2023 Malbec opens with bright red cherry, vanilla, toast, and an aroma reminiscent of powdered sugar with whiskey lactones. The palate is beautifully textured, offering layers of plum, cranberry, cedar, creamy fruit and lifting acidity

Upon opening, deep aromas of dark plum, black pepper, tobacco and clove fill the nose. The palate mirrors the aromas with additional notes of black cherry, leather and savory dried herbs. A soft mouthfeel and smooth, refined tannins linger on the lush finish.

The 2023 Courtney Chardonnay opens with aromas of lemon-lime zest and hints of honeysuckle. This wine has a lean profile with expressed minerality and mouthwatering acidity. Flavors of citrus medley, pineapple fruit, and clover honey coat the palate.

The 2024 Laurel Crown Pinot Noir is an expansive and ageworthy expression of the varietal, immediately captivating the senses with a complex aromatic profile of vibrant strawberry and raspberry fruit, seamlessly interwoven with intriguing notes of exotic spice, black pepper, and an evocative forest floor earthiness, all framed by a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, this is a big, dense wine that unfolds in intricate layers, revealing rich flavors of dark boysenberry and tart pomegranate. The wine showcases a remarkable structure, supported by plush, smooth, integrated tannins that provide weight and texture, culminating in a balanced, elegant finish.

The 2024 Chalk Hill Felta Chardonnay reveals an indulgent nose of apple tart, peaches, and honey, enriched by decadent notes of vanilla cream, crème brûlée, and baking spice from its time in oak. On the palate, this bright and floral wine balances a creamy texture and lush stone fruit with flinty minerality and sharp acid, culminating in a long salivating finish.

This 2026 Bay Vista Chardonnay is a vibrant expression of its coolclimate origins, greeting the nose with a warm, complex bouquet of baking spice, vanilla, and the nostalgic sweetness of toasted marshmallow. These rich notes are beautifully uplifted by the high-toned brightness of lemon zest and the crisp, orchard-fresh scent of Gala apple. On the palate, the wine delivers a lush core of succulent peach that is perfectly balanced by a bright, punchy acid profile typical of the region’s coastal influences. Each sip remains crisp, clean, and incredibly refreshing, ultimately evolving into a sophisticated savory finish.

Our 2024 Wright Creek Chardonnay opens with an inviting bouquet of toasted marshmallow and baked pear, evoking the comforting scent of a fresh-baked apple pie dusted with spice. These warm, indulgent notes are accented by the subtle influence of toasted oak and a bright lift of Meyer lemon. On the palate, this wine is remarkably dense and rich, offering a complex profile that includes hints of beeswax. Its creamy smooth texture provides a luxurious mouthfeel, ultimately resulting in an elegant and wellbalanced expression of the estate’s terroir.

This wine opens with bright, expressive aromas of lemon, lime, and key lime, layered with delicate hints of rosehip and fresh kiwi. On the palate, it showcases a refined minerality alongside flavors of white peach and crisp Granny Smith apple. Vibrant, refreshing acidity carries the wine through a clean, focused finish, highlighting its precision and purity.

Our 2023 Malbec-Petit Verdot is a deep, rich color in the glass. It opens with cedar, sage, blueberry, vanilla, baking spice, and earthy forest floor aromas. On the palate, black tea, black currant, elderberry, licorice and plum flavors are interwoven with a plush tannin structure. This wine will continue to develop in bottle for the next 10+ years.

The 2024 Petal Vale Pinot Noir offers an elegant and complex aromatic profile that draws you in with bright notes of cranberry and fresh strawberry, gracefully balanced by a subtle earthy undertone and sophisticated hints of well-integrated oak and delicate vanilla. The palate delivers a vibrancy, opening with a slight sweetness upon entry that beautifully transitions into lively red currant. Mid-palate flavors unveil a savory complexity of bay leaf and a distinct minerality, layered with nuanced herbal notes. The wine remains focused and refined throughout, culminating in a pristine, balanced acidity on the finish that leaves a lasting impression of freshness and depth

The 2023 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir captures the essence of its cool-climate terroir, opening with vibrant aromas of fresh strawberry and tart cranberry layered over an earthy, mossy forest-floor character. The palate also features juicy red fruits framed by a faint, slate-like minerality and bright acidity that provides remarkable depth and precision. Light to medium-bodied with a soft, supple entry, the wine transitions into a structured mid-palate with finegrained tannins, culminating in a long, lifted finish. Refreshing and refined, its graceful balance between plush texture and clear structure makes it a versatile companion at the table.

The 2025 Dundee Hills growing season was warm, dry, and marked by an early bloom followed by a late‑summer heat wave that briefly hit 100°F. These conditions accelerated ripening in late August and led to one of the earliest harvests on records.  Despite the heat, the fruit retained bright natural acidity and a balanced structure. 2025 also marked the 20th anniversary of the Dundee Hills AVA.

The Chenin Blanc captures both the terroir and the long history of Chalone Vineyard. The 2024 vintage is highly aromatic with notes of jasmine, pineapple, orange blossom, passion fruit and floral essences. The wine offers a lovely creamy texture, lifted by bright acidity.

The 2025 Kerner is snappy and crisp, with a medium-density mid-palate. Citrus, apple 
and lime juice flavors complement light floral notes on the nose

The 2023 Handmade Rutherford Malbec is bursting with pronounced aromas of black plum, crushed purple rose, bright strawberry, fresh sage, clove, and warm loam soil. This is a full-bodied, elegant wine. Blueberry pie and black cherry liqueur flow across the palate, supported by silky tannins. Pair with ground beef empanadas with chimichurri sauce or braised pork shank. 

The 2023 Handmade Cabernet Sauvignon opens with bright, clean aromatics of red raspberry and plum coupled with lavender, violet, birch wood, brown sugar, and coffee. On the palate, sweet tannins lift layers of red fruit, black cherry, and mulberry. The wine finishes long and smooth. Pair with escargot or sea scallops. 

The 2023 offers enticing aromas of dark plum and earthy tobacco. On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied with flavors of black cherry and accents of rich cassis fruit. It is elegant and refined with cocoa and bay leaf on the finish. 

Petit Verdot has a reputation for its deep color and concentrated flavors and this wine is a testament to the varietal. It opens with aromas of blackberry fruit accented by notes of graphite and pomegranate. On the palate, bold tannins and nuanced espresso are coupled with black pepper, blueberry and black berry fruits. Balanced oak and gentle acidity soften the finish. This bold wine pairs perfectly with barbecued tri-tip or pork belly and grilled vegetables. We recommend decanting for 30-60 minutes prior to serving.

This wine has beautiful aromas of crisp green apple and guava with lively citrus zest. On the palate, this wine is bright, refreshing and mouthwatering, with bold acidity, notes of kiwi fruit, and lemon-lime citrus zest on the clean, crisp finish.

Rich, concentrated, and well-knit layers of black cherry liquor, cocoa, nutmeg, toasted oak, and tea leaves. Dense tannins and great acidity provide balance and structure to this full-bodied Cabernet for the ages.

The 2023 opens with aromas of candied raspberries and red cherry. On the palate, the wine is complex with layers of blackberry, boysenberry and ribbons of elegant tannin. This wine delivers mouthwatering acidity with black pepper and dark plum on the finish.

The 2023 Dry Creek Zinfandel fills the nose with raspberry cream, cherry pie filling, and toasted spice aromas. On the palate, layers of sweet oak, spice, and vanilla are complemented by generous ripe berry flavors and velvety tannins.

Vibrant, bright and aromatic with notes of tropical fruit, green apple and citrus complemented by marzipan and honeysuckle. The wine is persistent on the palate and creamy on the finish. Hints of toast round out this beautiful, balanced wine.
