The 2022 Abel Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dark garnet-ruby color in the glass. Aromas of spice, cedar, tobacco, and pomegranate lead to delicate, yet bold characters on the palate. The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of four of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. The palate is deep and concentrated with flavors of black cherry, dark stone fruit, dried sage and a subtle earthiness.

Upon opening, aromas of espresso and cassis fill the nose. On the palate, this is a lighter-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with accents of red plum, graphite, and black olive. It’s earthy and bright with nuance of cranberry and black pepper, finishing with French oak on the long finish.

Dominique strikes an elegant balance of fruit and oak. Vanilla spice, toasted marshmallow, and Bartlet pear aromas lead to complex flavors of caramel, honey, crème brülée, and lemon cream. The rich, round palate finishes long and full.

The 2022 Hallberg Ranch Pinot Noir opens with delicate aromas of cherry, pomegranate, and wild strawberry with savory notes of crushed dried herbs. Our 2022 Deepsown Pinot Noir is synonymous with elegance and finesse. Aromatics of wild strawberry, cranberry, and baked cherry are accented by notes of damp earth, dried orange peel and baking spice. The mouthfeel is elegant, round, soft, and velvety. The 2024 Grüner opens with a bouquet of kiwi fruit and fresh nectarine. On the palate, the wine is crisp, offering bright acidity and light body. Our 2023 Trenton Vineyard Pinot Noir is a classic representation of the cool climate and Russian River Valley terroir. Rustic aromas of earthy mushroom, dried cherry, and strawberry marry with hints of bay leaf and forest floor. The palate offers dried cherry and raspberry bramble with juicy strawberry and a touch of baking spice. Balanced acidity makes this a very approachable and food-friendly wine.

The 2024 Sangiovese Rosé is a crisp, fruity delight perfect as an apéritif on a warm spring or summer day. Fragrant notes of strawberry and blood orange waft from the glass, leading to a refreshing orchestra of red berries, lingonberry and zestiness on the finish.

The fruit for this wine was harvested and sorted in the vineyard prior to arrival at the winery. The clusters were then carefully destemmed to keep the berries intact. Additional hand sorting removed any jack stems before the fruit was transferred to small, stainless steel, open-top fermenters. The juice and skins were cold-soaked for 4 days prior to fermentation and then gently punched down for several days. After primary fermentation was complete, the new wine was drained and the skins were gently pressed. This wine is 100% stainless steel fermented and aged.

Our first vintage of Jory Ridge offers captivating aromas of baked cherry, marionberry, clove, and a subtle hint of pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is stunningly poised - it is rich yet nuanced, beautifully capturing the essence of our Black Walnut vineyard. This Reserve Pinot Blanc combines mouthwatering aromas of pear and honeydew melon with notes of lime zest. The palate is mineral-driven with a briny character and complex interplay of acidity and richness that resolves on the lengthy finish. Our 2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon offers booming aromas of roasted coffee, nutmeg, and pepper. A powerhouse on the palate, this wine delivers abundant dark berry preserves, anise, and dried figs with ample tannin and balanced acidity. Enjoy with Wagyu hangar steak smothered in chimichurri or braised beef short ribs.

The 2024 growing season kicked off with cool spring temperatures. A few summer heat spells nudged the ripening along, while cool nights helped preserve acidity and freshness in the fruit. Harvest held a fast pace and delivered beautiful fruit quality.

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc offers a bright, tropical profile on the nose and palate. Mango, papaya, and grapefruit are complemented by a slight minerality and fresh acidity that carries through the finish. This is an ideal wine for warm days on the patio, with or without food.

This wine entices the senses with earthy aromas of dried herbs and nutmeg married with ripe plum and raspberry jam. The 2022 Handmade Rutherford Malbec is a full-bodied wine, showcasing the diverse characters of our Rutherford vineyard. On the nose, forest floor, leather, and clove are perfectly countered by black plum and blueberry  fruit aromas. The palate is plush and balanced with a compilation of Kirch liqueur and vanilla flavors giving way to bright acidity through the finish. This wine pairs nicely with herbcrusted pork tenderloin.

The 2024 Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc is summer sunshine in a bottle. Aromas of Meyer lemon, a touch of gooseberry, and melon lead to lychee, citrus, and pineapple on the palate. Crisp acidity and minerality make this a delightful, easy drinking wine that pairs with a variety of cuisine.

The Chenin Blanc captures both the terroir and the long history of Chalone Vineyard. The 2024 vintage is highly aromatic with notes of jasmine, pineapple, orange blossom, passion fruit and floral essences. The wine offers a lovely creamy texture, lifted by bright acidity.

The Chalone 2022 Grenache is defined by strawberry jam, hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove spice. The palate is led by fruit-forward notes of raspberry and mulberry while still holding onto the savory minerality that is unique to Chalone Vineyard’s terroir. This is a lighter expression of Grenache with medium tannins and a pleasant oaky finish.

Our 2024 Rosé of Malbec is a vibrant and fresh expression of Russian River Valley fruit. A beautiful pale pink color in the glass, this wine exudes enticing aromas of grapefruit, nectarine, honeysuckle, and caramelized sugar. Flavors of lemon curd, golden delicious apple, and ripe strawberries dance on the palate. This is the perfect spring and summer sipper.

A crisp and refreshing wine perfect for the spring and summer seasons, our 2024 Estate Rosé opens with aromas of bright raspberry, strawberry, nectarine, and a touch of lemon peel. The palate offers delightful orange, mandarin, and pink grapefruit, with fresh lime on the long, bright finish. Pair with ceviche or goat cheese and strawberry salad.

This wine is an aromatic delight with aromas of confectionery strawberry and rhubarb. On the palate, juicy melon and strawberry are accented by flavors reminiscent of pink Starburst candy.

The 2023 Rosé is the quintessential summertime wine. This wine is popping with aromas and flavors of strawberry, rose petal, and watermelon, lifted by crisp acidity.

This Chardonnay is a wine of character with pleasant aromas and pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is buttery with sweet aromas of tropical fruit and cherry blossoms. On the palate, the wine is soft and silky with notes of brioche and tropical fruit that return pleasantly on the finish and a slight mineral note that adds complexity. It is a medium-bodied wine that goes well with white meat served with buttery sauces or crab.

This cranberry red wine opens with herbaceous notes of mint, eucalyptus and lush red fruit aromas. Medium in body with a medium finish, it develops further on the palate with additional notes of sweet tobacco and spicy raspberry. Enjoy with Brussels sprout salad and glazed bacon, broiled sea bass, or traditional pork tamales in mole sauce.

On the nose are expressive aromas of wood smoke, cloves, ripe dark fruits, plums and caramelized sugar. On the viscous palate, lush tannins linger around dark fruit compote, stewed fruits and blueberry conserve. Slight raspberry notes mingle with cocoa nibs and toasted coffee beans. Substantial power in body and length in finish unite all of these flavors; presenting a bold and highly drinkable wine.

Bursting with dark cherry aromas with underlying tones of forest floor and wet earth. The color in the glass is pale scarlet. On the palate this wine shows plenty of volume, with dark wood, strawberry, cherry and slight toasted oak flavors. The tannins are supple and work well with the crisp acidity to drive the finish.
