The Chalk Hill Estate Wine Club was created for our friends to gain an intimate connection to Chalk Hill Estate. Among the estate’s ruggedly beautiful hillsides, a scant few hundred acres make up a patchwork of carefully nurtured vineyards. Here, nature is joined by artisans of the vineyard and cellar to bring forth wines that reflect the character and richness of this special place. Terms & Conditions
By joining the Chalk Hill Estate Wine Club, I agree:
- I am 21 years of age or older
- I authorize my credit card to be billed in accordance with the membership program I selected, applicable sales tax, and shipping fees (shipping fees vary depending on quantity and shipping method)
- All customizations to my wine club shipment must be equal to or greater in value than the pre-selected wines. The order value per shipment varies based on the wines being released
- Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box and must be signed for by someone at least 21-years of age
- I understand that if I am not home to receive my wine club shipment, $25 will be charged to the card on file for the second delivery attempt
- If I have chosen to pick up my wines from the winery, I will do so within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in my wines being shipped to the primary address on file and all applicable taxes and fees charged to the card on file
- Wines, shipping cadence and program details may be changed by FFW at any time and will be communicated to you via email
- State laws regarding the shipment of wine are strictly followed by FFW, our releases are only permitted to certain registered states and are subject to change at any time without prior notice
Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary to cancel your membership, a written cancellation request must be received at least 30 days prior to the next release, following the receipt of two consecutive shipments. Customers who are unable to uphold the minimum commitment may be subject to additional fees for discounts previously received on wine or tasting experiences.
