If you are in an area affected by the severe weather and expecting a shipment from us, there may be a slight delay. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide you with an updated delivery date via email as soon as shipping resumes. If you have an order that has already shipped, you can check your delivery status anytime using the free FedEx Delivery Manager tool.

If we do not hear from you before your merchandise is shipped, we will assume that you have agreed to this shipment delay.
